Great Stay In Phoenix

This was a well maintained, beautiful property. Awesome location close to Costco, groceries, and good restaurants. Easy highway access. Big spacious rooms. Comfortable outdoor seating by a nice pool.

Wonderful House

Clean, modern and great layout with the master bedroom on one side of the house and the other 3 bedrooms plus central room with double sofa bed on the other side of the house. Worked perfectly for our party of 10!

Modern and Spacious

There is room for every family member in this spacious modern home. It is set in an established, safe and beautiful neighborhood. The beds are comfortable with soft clean linen and the kitchen is stocked with cookware and utensils. Our stay was perfect!

Amazing home and host!

Beautiful home, comfortable, loved the pool and yard! I stayed here with a group of friends and we had a wonderful time. The host was so responsive, and even gave us fantastic recommendations for a workout instructor and chef that came right to the house! The home was clean and we were so happy with the whole experience!

Beautiful home

This home is way bigger than we originally thought. It’s so pretty and the kitchen/living room is open which is perfect for family game nights. I highly recommend this place. It’s also in a perfect location. Grocery store right down the street and plenty of restaurants.

Conference Home in Phoenix

We brought a group to Phoenix to attend a conference at a nearby church. The home was a wonderful place for us to gather, unwind, and debrief after a day of learning and inspiration. Everything about the house was just as advertised, comfortable and welcoming. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great spot in Scottsdale!

We loved the home for our group!! Super great furniture and community spaces to hang out. I will say there is not a lot of kitchen supplies (I.e. a set of basics which required us to run the dish washer a good bit to have clean silverware and plates). Overall loved the property would stay again!

Such a beautiful home and Lance is very responsive!

The place is beautiful and spotless upon arrival. Great location close to most of the area with a car. Beautiful yard and pool with a soft grass backyard. Plenty of room for a lot of people. Nothing but positive things to say! Thanks also to a Lance for being so responsive!

Nice but needs better cleaning

The property is very nice and has good bones. Unfortunately all walls have scuff marks, bathrooms with cob webs and carpet full of crumbs when couch moved over slightly. Neighborhood was very nice but entry code being the street number of property felt very unsafe and unsecure. With some improvements this would be 5 stars

Be warned - this is not as the pictures show!

The location is great- close to airport and central to Scottsdale. However, all pictures of the property were AI enhanced so everything looked very different in person. The layout is fine but didn’t feel we got what we expected or that it matched the price that we paid. Every wall has marks like people partying just slammed into the walls. It was spacious but not fully stocked or clean. I tried to reach a resolution with the property managers but despite numerous attempts, did not hear back. I was disappointed in the property and given it was my grandmothers funeral weekend, it was important to us that we stay in a nice place.

Very Nice Stay!

This property was excellent for our trip's purpose. My family of four (2 children under 10 & 2 adults) was in town to meet up with some special friends (and their children) as well as making a pit stop before driving from Phoenix to Disneyland during Spring Break! All of our friends that stopped by indicated that the location was perfect for them to visit us mid-week amongst everything they each had going on in their regular lives (as it was not Spring Break for them). Nice property, reasonably priced for the space... we liked the access to YouTube from the refrigerator and my children enjoyed the drawing pad also on the fridge! We did not get to fully enjoy the pool, but the kiddos did play around it. Also, althogh he liked the place in general, my husband (being the protector he is) didn’t care for the numerous doors/entries or the openess/ability for people outside to see inside the house. Overall, I would recommend.

Perfect Staycation Getaway

I spent the weekend here with four girlfriends and we lived our best lives at this beautiful Arcadia farmhouse. Every room in the home is spacious, comfortable, and so well designed. None of us wanted to leave on Sunday! We spent the weekend swimming, sitting on the back patio enjoying the rain, putting together a Golden Girls puzzle on the dining room table, watching movies on the most comfortable couch in the living room, and even arranged for our favorite aesthetician to pamper us with mini facials on Saturday afternoon. She set up the massage table in the large room in between the three guest bedrooms and it was as relaxing as any spa. Everything was perfect and Lance was an amazing host. Check out was super easy and we will definitely be staying here again!
