Quiet , clean and convenient for that overnight traveler and close to the I-10 fwy I'm sure it's close to everything else it's just something I wasn't looking for but this place is easy to get too and easily back on the road

This was a good place for a short stay in Phoenix. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and check-in was pleasant. There were stains on the towels, sheets and curtains, but it felt clean, maybe just a little run down. I wouldn’t steer people away but it wasn’t the best hotel we’ve stayed at.

The 2 ladies behind the counter at check-in were fun & friendly. One of the same ladies was setting up breakfast 8 hours later, was still in a good mood & helped me take a shortcut to the airport and mis massive traffic on the 10.

The room was decent. However all the floors were squeaky and the walls were thin so I could hear other guests walking by. Being right next to the freeway, I could hear the traffic.

Refunded stay b/c bugs

The hotel did refund our stay. Our staff needed a room and checked in fairly late. Upon arrival, they were greeted with bugs. Not one, not 2 but multiple. I will spare you the pictures.

This place is better than expected for a sub $100 rate. Check in was nice and the room is real clean. The only knock I have is that it’s located in an industrial area off the freeway. It’s a quiet area though and looks pretty safe. I was surprised that they provide a complimentary breakfast.

I really appreciated the cleanliness of my room, and the No carpet. The bathroom was sparkle clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. I was able to switch my room from the highway side to the quiet parking side. This is a small hotel, partly renovated, and very comfortable. I couldn't see something that I am missing. Also I felt safe in the hotel, but I would not have walked at all the 0.2 mile to the fast foods area, neither at night nor during the day.

Nice hotel

Check in and check out was smooth. The lobby, dinning area and the room were clean. The breakfast was good and were on top of providing food items if it ran out. The only down side is that this hotel does not have elevator. Was little difficult to get out luggage to our room which was on 2nd floor.
