Beautiful Rental In Kierland Area-World Class Golf, Dining & Shopping! Near Mayo

This beautiful house can sleep up to 6 in the bedrooms and even more with inflatable mattresses. It has been remodeled and nearly everything is new. Quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, pool, grass for pets, golf, shopping & restaurants are just down the road! There are 2 grocery stores within a mile of the house - Fry's & Safeway. The house has a 2-car garage along with streaming TV. We have provided all the amenities to make your stay enjoyable - Keurig coffee maker, pots, pans, cookie sheets, utensils, grill, smoker, wine opener, can opener and more! The pool has a heater and is subject to a $300 heater usage fee to fill the propane tank, if you want the pool heated. Refills are the responsibility of the guest. If you don't want the heater, you are free to use the pool at no charge. We do accept pets and there is a $100 non-refundable pet fee. Pets are NOT allowed on the furniture.

Amazing Location, wonderful pool

Really enjoyed our stay with easy access to everything in North Scottsdale. Cooling off in the pool each evening felt like a luxury. The kitchen was well equipped and we cooked at home a lot. Would definitely stay again!

Loved this property! It was exceptionally clean. It had all of the amenities listed along with comfy furniture and beds. The garage was great for keeping the car out of the heat. The pool was chilly (we failed to pre-buy heat) but was great for afternoon relaxing. The kitchen was well-stocked. The paper products and dish soap are all provided but remember to bring your laundry soap and temporary food storage (ziploc bags, foil, etc.) Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay so much. We were here for my husbands work with our little maltipoo. The pool was awesome, that’s where I spent my days. The home is convenient to awesome restaurants and shopping. When we are in Scottsdale this is where we will stay if it’s available.

We love this VRBO!

What a beautiful home! My husband and adult children were in town for a surprise birthday party. Even though we enjoyed the festivities of being with friends and family we couldn’t wait to get back to our beautiful VRBO. The neighbor was so quiet. So relaxing! Floating in the pool in the evening was what we enjoyed. The beds, pillows and overall accommodations were exceptional. We would book again in a minute. Thank you Steve for your flexibility as our group went from one son staying with us to two daughters joining the fun!

Great Experience!

This vacation was one of the BEST we have had. My mom and I met with my 2 sons and their significant other's (Phoenix was our 'halfway point') and the house was the perfect set-up. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We even baked a birthday cake for my son's 24th birthday and had access to baking pans and a mixer. We enjoyed the backyard and pool. The weather was still warm so we didn't need the pool heater. Great neighborhood and close to everything. We even joked about how picture perfect it was with the cute bunnies bouncing around between the houses.

Quiet little neighborhood in Scottsdale

This was a nice house in a very nice neighborhood. There were just some misses with cleaning from the previous renter (kitchen and refrigerator in the garage). Could have used window treatment on the sliding glass door to block the afternoon sun and add privacy.

Nice home

This is a nice home and the property manager was easy to deal with. The only issue we had is that there is no cable or satellite service. The televisions are set up for streaming only. We were unable to watch the NCAA Final Four tournament, or any golf or other sports. Other than this issue with the tv’s the house was comfortable and a nice place to stay.

Fun stay but pool was heated for only 2 of 4 days of our stay

We enjoyed this property. Great location, fun details like they had condiments, chips and bottles of water for us. But we paid the extra fee to heat the pool and it only worked for 2 days. The heater ran out of gas. When we paid the fee for the pool heater it was not communicated to us that the heating could or would be limited. If we would have known this we probably wouldn’t have paid the extra fee.

Poorly managed property with a lot of potential

I would not recommend staying at this property. This house is not well maintained, the pool heating is not as advertised, and the property manager is rude and disrespectful. The property also does not follow the recommended vrbo time between stays - the previous guests checked out the morning of our arrival and the pool was not cleaned between stays. Upon arrival, the pool was not heated and it was dirty. I contacted Mara, the property manager, weeks in advance to ensure the pool would be heated due to previous reviews that there were pool heating issues and she assured me the there would be no issues. The heater did not turn on at night like we were told it would and it also got an error every time we tried to use it. When the pool guy arrived to fix it, it not only took him two hours to fix it but he also fixed the broken vaccum in the pool and provided us chlorine to clean the pool because he noticed it was very dirty. Mara assured me the pool is cleaned every Tuesday however I find that highly unlikely given a. No one showed up the Tuesday we were there b. I found plastic Easter eggs in the pool filter while I was troubleshooting the heater (Easter was the weekend prior to our arrival) and c. the pool guy who came to fix our heater thought the pool was abnormally dirty for a pool that should have been cleaned a day prior. There were several other issues that reflected poor management. When we arrived, the dishes were still in the dishwasher and the clothes were still in the dryer. There is visible soap scum in the master bath - it was so bad I scrubbed some off before putting my children in it for bath. The coffee table is broken outside, the pop-up chlorine dispenser is broken and missing tablets, a bathroom towel rack bathroom is nearly off the wall, the refrigerator has an expired filter, the AC control unit needs batteries, the bedroom doors doesn’t close properly, a bedroom fan light doesn’t work and is extremely loud, and some of the strips between doorways are falling off or gone. Lastly, the property manager was unprofessional and dismissive. When I contacted her about issues with the property, she could only text me because she claimed to be in meetings all day. She also downplayed my concerns about the pool cleanliness and heater issues. If I were the owner of this property, I would want my property manager to put the concerns of my renters first and not leave them feeling unheard and disrespected as we did.
