You are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, 2 bedroom/1 bath. The main/master bedroom has a king sized bed, walk in closet and 40" flat screen TV. The 2nd bedroom is has a queen sized bed , 40" flat screen TV. The comfortable living room is furnished with a leather couch, "55" HDTV, with cable, Netflix, Amazon Prime, HBO GO and copper top
dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped. Great ground floor patio. Resort style heated pool and spa.
Sprouts grocery and 5 restaurants and bars across the street. Spend the day away, enjoying hiking, biking, swimming, shopping. Free trolley is 1/2 block away, so no need for a car.

Wonderful Place!

This was the perfect place. We were wonderfully welcomed. Everything was clean and close to wherever we wanted to go in Scottsdale. We stayed here to watch a conference online, which was perfect, but I would highly recommend this spot for any sort of getaway!

Outstanding Scottsdale Condo

We VRBO a lot, and this was probably one of our best experiences/units that we’ve come across. Just needed a couple days to unwind in old town, Scottsdale, and this unit really hit the bill!! Great location, super clean unit, and probably one of the best hosts that we’ve had to date. Everything that we needed, and loved the location close to downtown old Scottsdale. Very nice property, with a pool, and quiet. Would definitely recommend this unit to anyone looking to visit this area.

Scottsdale girls trip

We loved the location as it was easy walking to old town, bar district and shopping. The lighting was a bit difficult for makeup and the bathroom had light that shone into one bedroom which is rough for sleep quality. We also found the pool didn’t hVe enough chairs or loungers. Overall, awesome experience, decorated beautifully and fully stocked with everything you would ever need.

We visited the Scottsdale for the PGA tournament and good restaurants -- this was a great place! The place is fully stocked, has a nice little patio, access to shared pool/hot tub, and is an easy walk to a plaza with grocery, restaurants, Starbucks, and more. The owner has paid good attn to details to make things easy for guests. Be sure to read the condo assn. rules to avoid unecessary fees. Would definitely recommend, and hope we get the opportunity to stay here again!

A perfect stay

We have stayed at many VRBO properties, but this is our favorite by far! It has a great location for exploring Scottsdale and the greater Phoenix area. It is impeccably clean and well-maintained. The condo is beautiful, comfortable and well-stocked. The grounds and pool area are lovely. And, best of all, Gail and Maureen are delightful to work with. We will return!

Nice, older condo in great location close to Old Town. Pool and hot tub were fabulous, club house could use updating but has a great workout area. Enjoyed eating out on the patio. Laundry room… washers and dryers need change or an app to pay, had trouble unlocking the door to get in.

One of our Best Rentals Yet

As an avid traveler, we have stayed at many rentals. Gail’s unit felt like home away from home. It had everything we needed - kitchen gadgets, spices, appliances, cleaning supplies, first aid, sheets, towels, etc. The pool was out of this world, and made our July visit bearable. We even used the hot tub after the sun set. No car was needed as Sprouts was a 5 minute walk away (and next to TJMaxx). A 15 minute walk to Harkins was a welcome respite during the hot afternoon. The on-site contact ensured we had everything we needed. Wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you.
