Sport enthusiasts will find ASU sporting facilities, 3 spring training facilities withing 4 miles, Phoenix Rising Soccer facility and quick access to downtown via the light rail. Four Peaks Brewery has great locally produced food items and craft beer and dinning within the full operation brewery. Its a quick ride to Old Town Scottsdale for window shopping or its famous nightlife.
