This charming home is located in the middle of the city, and yet feels calm and comfortable. A peaceful welcoming feel to the neighborhood, with a children's mini library in the front yard. Is located upstairs above the detached garage.

Minutes to Loop 202 Red Mountain Freeway for quick PHX access.
1 Parking spot right in front of staircase + street parking.

Apartment is located above detached garage. We live in the home right next to it with our 5 children. It is expected you'll hear our comings and goings from time to time.
