Old Town Scottsdale is the perfect place to spend a day shopping at the many shops, galleries, or Fashion Square Mall. Enjoy cafes, restaurants, and bars within walking distance and a short drive to Scottsdale Quarter, Kierland Commons, and TPC—an ideal location for family vacations, business travel, romantic getaways, special occasion celebrations, and much more.
Guests will have private access to the entire condo and shared access to the community pool.
Our condo features two bedrooms, one boasting a king-size bed and the other a twin-sized bunk bed, both adorned with high-quality linens and pillows for a restful night's sleep. The bathrooms are stocked with essential toiletries and plush cotton towels. The kitchen is very well equipped with all necessary amenities, alongside a dining table for four. In the living area, you'll discover a captivating hand-painted mural and a dedicated workspace with a desk, allowing you to stay productive while working remotely.
We are adjacent to The Westin Kierland Resort and golf course. It's a walking distance to the tee box and within walking distance of Kierland Commons, Mastro’s Ocean Club, etc. It's also a 20-minute drive to Old Town.

We are a No Pets property, no exceptions.
Bachelor/bachelorette, and other parties are NOT allowed.
Early check in and late check outs are allowed if the property is available. The fee is $25/hr before 4 pm. Strictly based on availability.
The HOA board is very active and vigilant, especially regarding the pool. We ask you to please follow their rules to help ensure a fantastic and uninterrupted stay in our home. If you have any questions or problems, do not hesitate to contact us. Do not try to contact the onsite HOA manager with any questions or problems, as the association is completely unaffiliated with your rental.
NO GLASS inside the pool gate, no exceptions. This includes wine, beer, and alcohol bottles.
NO BREAKABLE plates, bowls, cups, or cookware inside the pool gate, no exceptions. This includes Pyrex dishes, bone china, porcelain, earthenware, stoneware etc., plates, bowls, cups, etc. PLASTIC AND METAL ONLY inside the pool fence.
ANY POOL RULE VIOLATION could result in removal from the pool area, forfeiture of pool privileges, and a penalty for replacing the pool fob.
NO SHARING the pool fob or gate codes with anyone not part of your registered rental party.
GARAGE PARKING ONLY. Parking on the street can result in your car being towed.
NO PETS (violation of this could lead to termination of rental)
NO SCOOTERS or other motorized devices.
HVAC. Please follow the posted instructions for operating your climate control.
