-3 bedroom house. -High speed internet -1 king bed, 2 Queen beds and 7 twin beds -sleeps 13 people. The kitchen has everything needed to make a sit down meal . Bedrooms have -extra pillows -blankets -ceiling fan- floor fan -blackout curtains. Outside has -patio furniture -fire pit -BBQ and extra fuel. There is very little road noise considering how close to the stadium. Parking for 4 plus cars. Here are just some of the amenities: State Farm Stadium. Desert Diamond Arena, Westgate entertainment district with tons of Dining, Bars, Theater, concert Venue, Outdoor activities like Pickle ball, splash pad park , cornhole, ice skating (in the winter months) Tons and tons of shops and dining. there is a Movie theater walking distance away! There is Desert Diamond Casino and TOP Golf nearby. This is a great place to bring Friends and Family together! Hot tub available wind temperature drops below 80°
