This spacious condo is located where Mesa, Tempe, and Scottsdale meet - less than a 5 minute walk to the brand new and beautiful Chicago Cubs Spring Training Facility and Riverview park. It is located a mere 3 miles to ASU, 7 miles to Old Town Scottsdale, and 9 miles to Phoenix Sky Harbor airport.

A mile from where the 101 and 202 meet, this fully furnished vacation home will allow you to quickly jump on the freeway and get to wherever you want to go in the Valley of the Sun. It is conveniently located between 2 of the largest outdoor strip malls: The Tempe Marketplace and Mesa Riverview with dozens of bars, restaurants, shops, and entertainment options within your reach.

The community itself has two pools and a refurnished pool deck and loungers, making it easy to soak up some sun and cool down again. The condo interior has three full bedrooms, two with walk-in closets, and two full bathrooms with large counter space. An outdoor patio facing north will allow you to cool down and enjoy the breeze.

Great Location

Location is great for Cubs Spring Training, walking distance to Sloan Park, restaurants within 1 1/2 miles. Safe Neighborhood! A little disappointed with rental unit and directions. Updates are needed to the unit. Carpet needs replaced, decor needs updated, etc.

Great location, decent facility

Our biggest issue was cleanliness, both in the complex itself (admittedly outside the lister’s control) and in the condo (someone left a fossilized sausage patty in the microwave, and there were some moldy rib bones in the trash can). But the location was great, the price was good, the owner thought of everything we could possibly need … we’ve stayed in better places but this was okay.

Conveniently located

This condo is located directly across from Riverview Park which made it easy to get a good walk in everyday in the warm AZ sun. A kitchen with all the tools to make homemade meals to help us save money. TJ, the owner was very attentive to our needs and easy to get a hold of. So grateful for the full size bed in every room to get a lovely night's rest. I will definitely be back!

Quiet, great owner to work with

Very roomy and comfortable.Quiet area. Kitchen very accommodating with appliances and utensils to make anything. Bed was very comfortable and owner came over very quickly when we had a small issue and fixed quickly.Master bedroom carpet needs a little attention. Otherwise everything was great and close to grocery stores and Tempe Market and bb stadium was walking distance. We hope to stay again

Very central location

TJ was so accommodating and helpful. Easy to communicate with and very helpful. Our flight was delayed very late and he still waited up to meet us and leave us welcome shots. The location is walking distance to Sloan field and perfect for Spring Training but we were also only 10-15 min from Chase Field and the Airport. The condo was super clean and it was nice having a pool in the complex. We will definitely stay again!

I dare you to find a rental property closer to Sloan Park

Went for a few days for a guys trip to catch some Cubs Spring Training games. Property is a 5min walk to the park. You can not find a closer property. Plenty of room to spread out. Nice balcony. Quiet community.

Great stay very nice condo

The condo was very nice and comfortable it felt like home The pool are very clean. We couldn’t of asked for good weathe. The Cubs ballpark was fantastic. Went to two games. I would recommend this to anyone.

Clean and comfortable stay

Owner was accommodating, unit was clean with plenty of space for our family of 7. For an apartment complex, it was surprisingly quiet. We all slept great. Anything you need to cook is stocked in the kitchen. Would stay again.

Location, location, location

The property was perfect for our groups activities. Our nephew had a pre-season All American baseball camp at Sloan Park and nearby Red Mountain Complex. The unit was perfect as it had 3 bedrooms (one for us, one for his parents and one for him). It was close enough to walk if we wanted and within 20 minutes of other activities such as Oldtown Scottsdale for us to enjoy. This would be a great place to stay during spring training as it's within 20 minutes of at least 4 stadiums. The unit had plenty of towels and kitchen was equipped with items needed to prepare meals. The complex that the condo was in was quiet the entire time we were there. The location is also within 20 minutes of the Sky Harbor airport and Arizona State University. TJ and Maria responded to our text messages when we had a couple of minor questions and were great to work with. We'll definitely keep this place in mind should we travel back to Phoenix.

Great place, great location.

Nice and clean property. Very convenient location with lots of restaurants and stores close by. The condo was perfect for our stay, especially with 2 parents with walkers having the elevator was a plus! Great owner as well!

Great place

This condo was perfect for this family of Cubs fans! We were able to walk to Sloan whenever we wanted and got to avoid all the traffic backups after games. Plus, it is located within driving distance of so many places. The condo was very nice and the owner was so helpful and accommodating when planning and during our stay. Kitchen fully stocked with whatever dishes, pots, gadgets, etc that you may need. There were pool toys and board games to play with the kids and very comfy beds and towels. Thanks for a great stay!

Large condo with a great location!

We loved this condo! All the rooms were large and there was more than enough space for our group. Hosts were great and welcomed us at the condo and even had fresh eggs in the refrigerator for us. Would definitely stay here again!
