Cozy ground-floor studio conveniently located just blocks from Fountain Park and the Plaza. Nearby you will find great golf courses, trails, and a short drive to all Scottsdale, and the area’s best entertainment, restaurants and shopping. It’s a perfect base for both relaxation and adventure. The studio features a comfortable queen bed, sofa, and kitchenette, offering everything you need for a great stay in this vibrant area. Can also be connected to additional unit under property ID: 
There is a strict policy of Absolutely NO SMOKING anywhere on the property or inside the units. Also, there is no pets allowed per the HOA.

Parking must be either on the street out front or at the back of the complex in the uncovered spots against the back wall.

Please DO NOT park in any assigned spots as the association will issue fines.

Conveniently Located

We enjoyed our stay, it was extremely convenient to walk to multiple places in Fountain Hills. The unit was quiet and very clean. The host was also extremely responsive, which we appreciated.
