Welcome to the exclusivity of HÓZHÓ Scottsdale.  An elite luxury resort and a top-tier private vacation rental property at HÓZHÓ Scottsdale.  Built in the heart of Scottsdale, this Villa is surrounded by all things Scottsdale. Awaiting you and your guests is a backyard oasis that rivals any resort. An interior purposefully finished to maximize comfort and indulgence, and concierge partners that cater to your every need. 
HÓZHÓ – A Navajo word with so many definitions that not even a hundred English words could describe the perfect blend of Peace, Beauty, Harmony, and Well-Being. 
Outdoor Oasis: Arrive at the villa, and you will immediately be drawn to the resort-style backyard with a state-of-the-art pool, oversized spa, water features, and a covered swim-up bar complete with a 65-inch TV and fridge to keep those beverages ice cold. The outdoor area also has plush lounge seating, in-pool seating, and lounge chairs to bask in the Arizona sun. Per city ordinance we have noise aware systems to monitor noise levels and exterior monitors of the property. Any tampering of security and systems could result in fees and eviction. Occupancy/Family Size Properties must limit all short-term rental occupancy to have a maximum family size of six adults and their related dependent children.

Pool heating is available upon request and is highly recommended from September through April. Fees do apply.

Upon booking, we require all our guests to submit a copy of their ID through our guest registration form. This is both for our security and is our standard procedure. Unable to comply would mean cancellation of your reservation.

Management reserves the right to evaluate and consider every reservation made by locals, individuals under 25 years of age, and those booked the day before or the same day of check-in. As part of our standard procedure, we will require a fully refundable security deposit of $1000. The deposit will be refunded upon check-out, provided the renter is responsible for no damages or incidents.

Fantastic property

I highly recommend this property for a corporate event. This suited our group extremely well, we were able to do presentations in the movie theater space; everyone had their own room/bathroom and we were able to enjoy the amenities after work was done without having to leave the property. Our concierge, Ashley was awesome as well in ensuring we had everything we needed.

Amazing property!

This is an incredible house perfect for a large group. We had so much fun hanging at the house, enjoying the pool and bowling at night. It’s a huge property that manages to balance the layout to let people enjoy everything together. The management company was fantastic and check in was a breeze. Highly recommend this property

Scottsdale Oasis

The property was exactly as pictured, if not better! We had a large group that had enough space to spread out and relax. The backyard was perfect and we loved having the bowling alley, pool table and shuffle board to entertain us. We were able to take in all the football games during our stay with the abundance of tv’s. The kitchen is a dream, plenty of space to cook for a large group! The property manager was easy to communicate with and on top of every question we had. Highly recommend this property!!

Long Weekend Golf Trip

Extremely professional local property manager. The Home had multiple amenities that were outstanding for our group cooking and staying onsite for dinner. Very clean and well laid out property for large group. The house was located central to multiple golf courses with easy access to 101 and close proximity to Sky Harbor Airport.

Great for a bachelorette!

I stayed here with a group of 12 girls for my sister’s bachelorette and it was super fun! Jen the property manager was great! Beds were very comfy, and we had a blast at the pool! We bowled and loved the hot tub as well! They worked perfectly for us the whole trip. There were a few questions/concerns the first night (a door that didn't lock in the casita and a wifi outage in the area, not just the house so not at all related to the VRBO) and Jen addressed them immediately by the following morning! Great house for a group

House was great for a group - lots of individual rooms and bathrooms. Welcoming property managers. The only issue we had was that the hot tub did not work - wouldnt heat. The managers were not able to fix this during our visit which was disappointing. Additionally, one of the bowling alleys stopped working but the other was fine. Great trip and house!

Nice house and property

The outside of the house from the street does not do it justice. It's very big inside and has a really nice backyard with areas to socialize. The one recommendation that I would give the owners is to have more serving dishes and platters in the home. The kitchen is stocked, but for the size of the house(rooms), you would expect to be hosting large dinners. They did not have any serving platters to put meat off the grill or appetizers on. I don't prefer to have to buy and use tin foil pans. It does not present the same experience on a foil pan as a platter.

My family had an incredible time and were not ready to leave. The kids had a ball playing in the pool all day while my wife and I were able to hang out in the oversized hot tub or at the swim up bar. The home has its own bowling alley! I'm not sure how many games were played but it was so much fun. Our nights were spent watching movies in the theater and playing pool and shuffle board. The home is furnished so well and the beds were amazing. I would like to give a shout out to Tony and his crew. They met us onsite to walk us through the property and checked in on us several times during our stay to make sure all was going well. We will be back!

Large Home in a Great Location

This home was ideal for our group of 16 adults—plenty of room to spread out, yet comfortable spaces to come together. We stayed in late April and spent most of our time enjoying the pool and hot tub.The kitchen had everything we needed for group meals, and the entire place was clean, modern, and well-maintained. Plus, the location was convenient to shopping and other amenities.Highly recommend for large groups—we’d definitely book again!

Great home for 10 Colleagues

We rented this home for 10 Colleagues/Co-Workers to stay rather than in hotel rooms. Everyone was here for a work event and this home allowed for collaboration amongst peers. We really appreciated the 10 bedroom and 10 bathroom ratio so everyone felt comfortable having their own semi-private space. The Casita was extra lovely for 3 people to have an even more private experience. The home was very clean. The backyard was wonderful to spend time in. We loved all the amenities and things to do on the property: pool/hot tub, BBQ, bowling, shuffleboard, billiards, cinema, etc.The only thing that would've made it a little better would be more kitchen supplies. We cooked a lot of meals at the home and had to improvise to make it happen. The home is so big, it would've been nice if there was a manual or binder with instructions, a map, etc. Perhaps labeled cabinets would be helpful too. All in all, it was a really good experience and we would definitely book again with this company or this specific home!

Beautiful property

Every guest just said how amazing the home was and how clean everything is. we had 20 adults and it didn’t feel crowded at all. The outside area was perfect and that is where we spent most of our time. A true oasis in Scotsdale. The house manager was so nice showed us around and how to work everything. had a minor problem with the pool one day and they were there in 10 minutes and fixed it. Really great team. Thank you for everything we are all trying to figure out when to come back. We didn’t want to leave.
