Escape to our modern 2-bed, 2-bath Tempe retreat in Papago Square! This single-level home comfortably fits 4 guests and features an open-concept living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dedicated workspace. Relax by the indoor fireplace or on the private patio with its own stunning stone fireplace. Enjoy access to a community pool. Perfect for families or friends exploring Tempe and Scottsdale.

​​​​​​​*We provide a complimentary starter pack of essentials to help you settle in, including basic toiletries and paper products. For your extended stay, please plan to purchase additional items as needed.

Although we do not like fees in order to maintain our units we must make you aware of the following:
We are NOT pet friendly. If you do not honor our pet policy you will be fined $300.
Strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke inside you will be fined $250.
We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $25 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs.
Any stay greater than 21 days will require an additional long term cleaning fee of $50 that will be MANUALLY charged after reservation confirmation.
An unapproved late check-out fine is $50.

Great Tempe condo!

This property worked very well for our family of 3. It was spacious, clean, well equipped, comfortable furniture and nicely decorated. It had a lovely patio area. It's also a great location. We were within 10 - 15 minutes to downtown Tempe and many attractions. We would stay here again.from many att attractions and downtown Tem

Perfect condo in Tempe near Papago Park

Absolutely stunning condo in a perfect area-close to Papago Park and Tempe Towne Lake. Exceptionally clean and well stocked. outside patio provides great privacy and space. Completely remodeled. Bathrooms and kitchen are stunning. Our family loved our stay. Owners were very responsive with any questions. We’d stay again and highly recommend.

We had a very nice stay here. Everything was spotless and comfortable. Host excellent with some issues we had that were easily resolved or attended to. Like other reviewers we had trouble accessing tv figuring out streaming service etc. highly recommend overall.
