Across the main and upper levels, the home combines bedrooms with multiple places to gather, including a family room, open-concept living, kitchen and dining areas, plus dedicated game and loft spaces.



But the best part? The home's resort-style backyard is ready for family fun, with a private pool and slide, hot tub, sport court, playground, outdoor dining and bar areas, fire pit, and games. The pool is separated by a child-safety fence and gate, adding an extra layer of separation around the water while the family enjoys the backyard.

Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire home and property during their stay. The only restricted area is the locked cleaner’s closet, which is kept secured for safety.

Epic Getaway is set in the Kierland area of North Scottsdale, putting you close to one of the city's best-known hubs for shopping, dining, and entertainment. Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter anchor the area, with restaurants, shops, coffee, nightlife, and places to spend an afternoon or evening all concentrated nearby.



From here, you can head north toward Desert Ridge and the Musical Instrument Museum, or trade shopping and restaurants for hiking and desert scenery at the McDowell Sonoran Preserve. Together, they give you an easy mix of shopping, dining, entertainment, culture, and time in the Sonoran Desert—whether you're planning a day out or spending most of the trip enjoying the house.

– DRIVING & PARKING –



*The driveway accommodates up to 4 vehicles.

*Street parking is allowed, but please avoid parking in front of neighboring homes.

*Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter make up the closest major shopping and dining hub.

*Head north for Desert Ridge Marketplace and the Musical Instrument Museum.

*For hiking and Sonoran Desert recreation, drive east toward trailheads in the McDowell Sonoran Preserve, including Gateway Trailhead.



– AIRPORT ACCESS –



*Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) is approximately 20 miles from the home. Travel time varies with traffic.



– RIDESHARE –



*Uber and Lyft provide another option for getting around Scottsdale and the greater Phoenix area, especially for dining and evenings out.

* We aim to maintain a respectful environment for our neighbors.

* Guests must be 25 years or older to book this property.



– EXTERIOR CAMERA –



* An exterior camera is installed by the front door, solely to monitor our cleaning team for quality and security purposes.



– PARKING –



* Parking in the driveway for 4 cars max.

* Street parking is allowed, but we ask that you do not park in front of any of our neighbor's homes.



– POOL HEATING –



* The heated pool fee is $100/night.

* The pool can be heated to about 20-25 degrees above the ambient temperature; please keep in mind that when the weather is cooler may not be as warm as you might expect.

For example, if the ambient nightly temperature is only 55 degrees, then the pool might heat up to 75-80 degrees.

* We recommend the pool is heated in the months between October to May each year.

* We require at least a 3-day notice before your arrival if you'd like the pool heated.

* Pool must be heated for the entirety of your stay.

* To help ensure a smooth and secure stay for all guests, the primary guest listed on the reservation may be asked to complete a quick verification process within 48 hours of booking, depending on the platform used to book the reservation.



– RENTAL AGREEMENT –



* Before check-in, guests may also be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes agreeing to our rental terms and conditions and, on certain booking platforms, providing a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card before arrival.

* Your booking includes our damage waiver coverage, which helps protect against accidental, self-reported damage during your stay when reported before check-out.
