Rooms very clean. The staff was amazing. Grounds kept very clean. The internet was a bit slow but everything else from staff to the hotel great. Loved it in north Scottsdale. Easy to get around town and only a short drive to old town. Lots to do around the area.
So many pool and activity options. We do a yearly staycation and love the atmosphere! Fireworks show, poolside nighttime movies, good food and good vibes. We love it!
The check in process was very smoothe. Friendly staff. Oden at front desk was great. Den the bell hop was very helpful!
Our room was nicely appointed. Carlos at La hacienda was outstanding as was the cuisine!!
I absolutely loved every staff member who helped me. They made my birthday feel special from the guy at check in the guy who brought me to my room to the guy at the bar and the waiters at the restaurants and the lovely ladies at the spa, which is gorgeous by the way. I was actually upgraded to a junior suite complimentary which was nice I was just unable to see the sunset from my room! My only complaint would be that the rooms seem a little outdated but overall, they were clean and everything else was great! The property was bigger than I thought. I enjoyed it.
Property and pools were beautiful! Amenities, restaurants, and shopping were amazing. Spa was beautiful and relaxing, one of the best massages ever! Fireworks and pool movies at night was great. Loved our stay and will be back. Would highly recommend!
A great property with lots of amenities and options. The only thing I found room for improvement in was the cleanliness of the Sunset Beach pool. There was a lot of sand in the pool, dragged from the "beach" area (especially by kids). There were mounds of sand in the water and in the fountain that made it seem rather dirty.
The property is beautiful and we had a great stay. The sun is hot as expected for July in Phoenix but we still enjoyed our time. Only negatives were the pool towels, bed pillows, and mattress. The rooms and areas are well kept, all staff were kind and helpful. I’ve never woke up with back pain like I did and the pillows were not as I would expect for such a nice property. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
We chose the property because it has waterslides and for the location, based on that criteria it worked out very well for us. Negatives: the rooms are showing the property’s age. Our A/C wasn’t working, our safe needed new batteries, our TV didn’t work, and the TV remote needed new batteries. The elevator was broken when we arrived so we had to carry our luggage a very long distance to get to a working elevator.
Positives: the elevator was working by the next morning. When we called maintenance for the safe and A/c they were quick to respond and courteous (we didn’t bother calling about the TV). The bed was comfy.
