The house is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and convenient stay. kitchen utensils, keurig,& more outdoor grill, pool table & Bar, new comfortable mattresses, & beds for a good-night's rest. Centrally Located in a beautiful neighborhood only a 2.8 miles away from Down Town Gilbert. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood.

Pool heater is an additional charge of $40.00 per night
