"Peaceful Avondale Escape – Pool, Hot Tub, Outdoor Living!"

Walking into this newly furnished 4 bedroom/3 bath/2550 sf home you will immediately notice the comfortable spaces and attention to detail. You are greeted by a cozy living room with freestanding bar and big screen TV. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you would need including a fully stocked coffee bar. The island/bar in the kitchen is the perfect place to pull up a stool for breakfast or to have a glass of wine while preparing dinner. From there you make your way into a comfortable dining room with seating for 6. Downstairs is an additional family room with comfortable sectional and additional TV. Upstairs, the master suite features ample windows and a king bed with ensuite bath. The master bath features a full sized walk in shower, and double sinks. The remaining 3 bedrooms feature two queen beds and two sets of twin over twin bunks. There is also a sleeper sofa in the upstairs loft area that sleeps 2 additional people if needed.

In the summer the pool is a perfect size and will be cool and inviting even on the warmest days. This home has an electric pool heater. Heaters take 2-3 days to heat a pool therefore POOL HEAT must be requested a minimum of 5 days prior to your stay. Electric pool heater is able to maintain a pool temperature of 80-87 degrees.

The spa is always hot!

The back yard boasts a covered area with furniture perfect for relaxing, dining area, lounge chairs so you can soak up the sun, a built in BBQ grill/outdoor kitchen area, firepit, and a sparking pool! This home is welcoming hot tub and perfect for entertaining or relaxing and enjoying the Arizona sun.

There are plenty of pool towels and bath towels, and basic toiletries are provided, along with hairdryers. The kitchen is fully stocked as well. The house has keyless entry, for which you will receive your own personal code for check-in the day prior to arrival.
