This condo was so perfect. We had just sold our home and didn't have another lined up in time, and fortunately we found Ryan and Kim's place and it was available for an extended stay.
The location is great, central with access to freeways and very close to several districts including ASU, downtown Phoenix, Scottsdale proper and the Sky Harbor airport. Also close by are many great dining options in Oldtown (really enjoyed this aspect), museums and shopping in Oldtown, and much of it within walking distance.
The condo itself is very nicely decorated and was fully equipped with everything we needed. I've never seen a bigger pantry, you could easily fit a cot in there. There's a washer and dryer in the unit and two furnished patios as well. Having 3 bedrooms was a definite luxury as there was plenty of room for everyone, and the beds were nice and comfy. We spent a lot of time in the pool and spa and even used the gas grills a few times which was convenient.
On top of everything else, Ryan and Kim are the best hosts you could hope for - good communication skills, flexible and just very nice people trying to make sure their guests have a great stay. Good job guys!
