Directly across the street from lush green park, Crosscut Canal Park with paved walking/bike path. Perfect for a morning jog or bike ride. Bikes and scooters available. Very close to shopping at Biltmore and Scottsdale Fashion Center. Hike close by at Camelback Mountain. Take a day trip to Sedona, just 2 hour drive or Flagstaff for skiing. Go to Phoenix Zoo and Downtown just minutes away. Close to all the expressways and Sky Harbor. Non smoking. No pets.

Overall impression not impressed - too much clutter left by owner.

Although house was fairly new and a nice design, overall experience rated at low end of "satisfactory", and for a home to be rented to vacationers, a rating of "unsatisfactory" would be appropriate. Appeared as if owners took just a few of their belongings and left - place was not very clean and not much extra room in closets and dressers. Refrigerator had room, but freezer jammed full - very little room for frozen food.
