Beautiful, extremely clean property with an excellent host. I now know what a Superhost is and David was the epitome of helpfulness with an almost supernatural attention to detail. Great location anything in Phoenix!

Besides a great location on the golf course, it was much more spacious than expected. Access to a small park and basketball court less than a block away. Perfect for us. Decor was over the top nice. We enjoyed it here very much.

Spring training and golf getaway

We had a great trip! The home is as pictured - nicely updated, very clean, well equipped, and in a great location for some Padres Spring Training baseball games. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. We went to a few of the restaurants recommended in the info at the house and they were excellent. Our only wish would be to have a heated pool that we could have used - the water was just too chilly for a swim.

Impressed with cleanliness of property and how well it was stocked with condiments, including a bottle of wine. This house is very well located - great walks and hikes, pre season baseball and golf.You need to change your amenities comments regarding the Legends at Arrowhead golf course - it is now strictly private as of 2/1/2025. I enjoyed my stay so much that I have already re-booked for next year.

Nicely refreshed home in great location

Got a chance to stay for a few weeks here. The property has been nicely updated from its 90's vintage. New appliances, freshly painted, updated lighting, etc... The pool was a family favorite from the beginning of our stay, up to the very end. The location makes it very easy to access everything in the Phoenix metro area and beyond. Many convenient grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. Owners are very responsive - even when we had an issue on a holiday!

Like a second home

This property was perfect for our needs. I spend a week in the area every summer to enjoy the grandkids. The location is perfect and the neighborhood quiet. The pool was a nice break from the heat. The owner has furnished the home with all necessities. I didn’t feel I needed to purchase anything to make my stay more comfortable. If you are considering renting this place I would recommend it completely. Hope to stay here again next year. Thank you.

Overall impressed with comfort, amenities, and location. Was traveling to see family who lived nearby so it was a convenient location and great set up to hang out by the pool, visit, and share a meal. Noise (interstate/city/golf course golfers & equipment, pool pump, neighbors, etc.) takes away a bit from a relaxing outdoor space but still very enjoyable. Super cute decor and having items available that guests may need is clearly a priority to the host. I would definitely re-book home in the future.

First AZ Trip

This trip was the BEST trip one could hope for! It means a lot to me to be able to travel with my family, and we save/budget for a long time to be able to do it. This property was incredibly comfortable and the home layout/cleanliness/amenities were OUTSTANDING! It really was a dream vacation and we were able to do so much: Grand Canyon, Sedona, Route 66, Jewel of the Creek Trail, Saguaro Lake Trail at Butcher Jones, ATVs through the desert…and so much more! This property has it all! We even played basketball at the park just steps away from the property and walked to the overpass bridge that goes over the nearby highway. Definitely no shortage of things to do! Thank you so much for sharing this amazing property!

Amazing House - Awesome area

We were taken back on the beauty of this home and the golf course, in which it sits. They thought of everything for you to enjoy your stay. The pool is clean and area is comfortable with chairs, pool floats chairs (OMG) amazing, BBQ, games, tv channels, cubbard items. We added to the cubbard items for others to enjoy. You and your love partner will enjoy this great home. The area for shopping is amazing as well. We ate out some and found the food amazing as well. One of the most Important things for us is communication. The point person Dave was always there, should we need anything, to answer questions. Just the fact he answered, is amazing to us. We recently had a horrible experience with another corporation owned facility. There is a pool guy on Fridays and honestly, the cleanest pool I've ever seen. You will not be disappointed when you book at stay at Arrowhead. We will be back again soon
