Gorgeous Tempe Home W/ Pool!

Welcome to the perfect home away from home! Located just outside of downtown Tempe you'll be able to enjoy all the nightlife and entertainment the city has to offer! There are plenty of sleeping options for the entire group to spread out & enjoy some privacy when needed. The backyard is perfect for soaking up the Arizona sunshine; there's a pool with optional heating, and plenty of outdoor seating with an outdoor dining table as well.

The home features 4 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms with the master bathroom being en suite. Kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking essentials needed to prepare a meal. Washer & dryer located in home for any laundry needs during your trip. Backyard features pool (heating optional), Outdoor seating, grill & sun loungers.

**HEATED POOL is an OPTIONAL amenity. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:

Not everyone wants or needs the pool to be heated. To keep prices low and conserve energy, we only heat the pool for requests made at least 3 days prior to check-in. Pool heating is only offered October-April. Also only available the consecutive nights of guests' entire stay; at $75 per night.

Please understand, a heated pool is NOT a hot tub. Pool heater is set to 85 degrees. Average water temperature can range +/- 3degrees; depending on weather.

Pool heating is confirmed and charged 2-3 days prior to check-in and paid through an additional money request.
While we’ve had no problems thus far, unforeseen weather or equipment issues may render this option unavailable during some or all of your stay (in which case fee would be refunded). Please realize, even the desert can have inclement weather. When outside temperatures drop to the 60’s and below, fluctuations in water temps should be expected and a steady pool temperature cannot be guaranteed. Pool is professionally maintained weekly.

Everything we needed, plus some

This place was awesome! Very close to stores, restaurants, the gym, etc. Only a short drive to the event we were attending at Gila River. Back yard was AMAZING. i thoguht it was just a pool, until I went outside Lots of seating, a tv, loungers, a bar top, a grill. We loved it. Lots of games and kitchen things. We didnt need to buy anything, in order to make it like home.

Fun stay

We enjoyed our stay. The pool was great with the hot summer days. They had the AC turned on earlier in the day so it was cool when we arrived, which was nice in the middle of the summer months. Beds were comfortable and it was nice that every room had a TV. The house is off of a main street and had an alley behind where you emptied the trash in communal trash cans, but it was still pretty quiet. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances and was clean. The house was spacious, clean and quiet so we would stay again.

An amazing property for a family and wonderful customer service from Vello. Cai was supportive, informative and helpful throughout our stay! Any question, any need he supported at any time! Thank you for a wonderful experience…we will be back!

Not family friendly

This house is meant for single guys. No dining room table in dining room. Just a dirty, sticky poker table. The kitchen is a step down and my five year old granddaughter tripped and fell face first. Kitchen has minimal supplies/utensils. We stayed in August and the air conditioning did not blow into the bedrooms but for a very light whiff every once in a while. When I reached out to the property manager, who only responds through Vrbo messaging, he offered to bring fans over but I had already bought one. We took lukewarm showers before we noticed the hot water heater was off. I made several attempts to turn it on and finally had to reach out to the manager again who sent someone over who was able to fix it. The pool was nice and refreshing. Overall, the house has been neglected as a rental and needs some attention to detail. I will not be returning.
