We curated our one-bedroom, one-bath contemporary space with mid-century touches, bold features, and natural colors to liven your desert experience and make a condo space feel as comfortable and convenient as home. Located within The Indian Bend Wash Greenbelt, known in Scottsdale for walking, biking, playing, and exercising.

Our condo has 1 bedroom with 1 queen size bed. Bathrooms are refinished with clean-cut features, and we provide essential toiletries and plush cotton towels. The beautifully remodeled kitchen has a bar counter seating for two, all necessary kitchen amenities, and stainless steel appliances perfect for cooking or ordering takeout. The dining area seats four and opens up to the living room, which includes a three-person sofa and a couple of rattan chairs to relax in!

Great Location for our vacation

Overall - we had a great trip. The host was easy to communicate with and the place was nice enough. We let the host know of issues - non working outlets, Roku not working. The bed was very uncomfortable - we could have used a fan to drown out the noise from neighbors and some unit outside the condo that would start and stop all night long. With the fees we paid - I think we would have been better off in a hotel. Again - the host was great and the place was fine - location was the best. Parking was great. We didn’t use the pool. The floor is falling apart in the kitchen and the carpet is very worn out. Would we stay there again - probably not because the bed and noise.
