Comfortable and Great Location

My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much, the accommodation are very comfortable, and the location is purfect for walking into old town Scotsdale. I would stay here again, and highly recommend it.

Sweet spot within easy walking to a vibrant Old Town and lots of great restaurants, galleries, shoppes and activities. Really loved our visit!

Excellent clean location

Walking distance to Old Town. A quiet location. Appliances worked properly and are fairly new. The owner was very helpful and had useful printed material about the city and the area. The kitchen and the bathroom were equipped with many typical consumables e.g. baggies, aluminum foil, shampoo, etc. We were surprised how much was available. We had a pleasant stay.

Perfect rental!

What a cute rental! Owner went above and beyond with coffee pods, oatmeal, breakfast bars, bathroom/shower necessities. Super clean. Comfortable bed! Great location. Easy to communicate with. Highly recommend this VRBO for your stay!

Even for a dude approaching 80 years! Wonderful restaurants, many excellent entertainment options (live musical theater, outdoor concerts, classical music, jazz, etc. Did I mention Spring Training, gardens, casinos? Yup - short, easy drives. Fantastic!!

WOW WOW WOW!!

OMG!! You have to stay here!!! This place was amazing! My host was so easy to get ahold of and helpful if I had any questions. She thought of everything to make our stay comfortable even a selection of bed pillows! That’s one of my pet peeves staying at hotels they don’t think of different sleeping pillows. Snacks and breakfast items when we arrived, water in the fridge. After traveling it was so nice to have this waiting for us. You have to try Chadwicks across the street for a quick bite or to pick up some groceries. The condo is bright, spotless and not to mention such a comfy bed! The kitchen and bathroom were fully stocked, you could for a stay of a couple of days or a month. Loved all the thoughtful decor and it looks just like the pictures on line. Unloading the car made it so easy with our reserved spot right out the back door. The location couldn’t have been better you are in a high end area but not the high end price!! Everything is within walking distance to shops, restaurants, hiking, museums, Farmer’s Markets, bars etc. LOVED the fact we didn’t have to rent a car. Nice to come back to a quiet complex to relax after a busy day exploring. We felt very safe in this area. The heated pool was such a nice addition since coming from a cold climate. We are definitely coming back, this place exceeded our expectations and highly recommend!!

This is a beautiful property with a gorgeous pool that is pristine and consistently at the perfect temperature. The suite is very clean, and as advertised (parking spot right outside your door was a real plus). The bed was comfortable, and the AC and internet were great. There is a cute coffee shop across the street, and you can easily walk to Old Town and the Valley Ho for breakfast! Chris responded to our minor inquiry within seconds. Just a brilliant stay!

Great location to Old Town and Canal

Conveniently located first floor updated condo in older, quiet building. I would highly recommend this property for 1 or 2 people max. Nice, tasteful updates that maximizes space and utility. Built-in desk for work was a bonus.

Overdue Getaway

Our stay in Scottsdale was wonderful. Our condo was very comfortable and quiet. The pool and the grounds were very well maintained with some really nice furniture, pictures don’t do it justice. Proximity to Old Town couldn’t have been any better. Great restaurants and bars. Everything was within a 10 to 15 min walk.Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Week

Our family loved the property and location. We had a shower clog issue the first night which Kris had remedied the next morning with no further issues. She was incredibly responsive to our concerns. Something was also wrong with the pool heating system but was also fixed by the management. Walking distance to Old Scottsdale was great. Easy access to restaurants, grocery stores, etc. would love to come spend another week!

Hidden Gem

From the moment we walked in, the Condo was just as described. Clean and everything we needed. The location was perfect for our vacation. It was the Scottsdale we had read about. We enjoyed morning walks, exploring the Old Town Scottsdale and the canal. The grounds at the property were well kept and the pool was crystal clear and so very refreshing. Kris was in contact with us on the 2nd day to check on things. We appreciated this very much. We are already looking to return next Fall or before.

Wonderful place, host & location!

My wife and I loved our weeklong stay. The host Kris was incredibly helpful and responsive in her communications. The condo was clean, comfortable, and well appointed, with lots of attention to details. We really enjoyed the saltwater pool steps from the slider door and being in walking distance to Old Town Scottsdale's galleries, shops, and restaurants. The instant oatmeal packets, snacks, tea and coffee were a fun bonus. While the AC lower limit is 74 degrees, the ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom really helped. Overall, a great experience and we look forward to staying again!

Great location!

Clean, nicely decorated and great location! Nice, quiet neighborhood. The coffee shop down the street is super convenient and a nice add for the neighborhood. This was a really great place to stay!
