The room cleanliness was good. They had to replace a light bulb on the bedside table, and it was a little dark in the room. They did not have a good breakfast; they were out of several items on the menu. We had to go somewhere else for breakfast the first day and the second day was the same with items not being available on the menu.

Best place to stay if you go to Phoenix Pridefest!

It seemed a lot of of the guest were also attending Pridefest. Bumped into some of the performers. Plus, met people from all walk some life. The staff were welcoming it made you feel safe.

double tree--way overpriced.

the hot tub was slimy. the pool was not heated. the breakfast service was closed. the bar was closed. sunday afternoon check in had only one clerk. the room had no desk or chair. the room had no cushion chair and lamp. the room was clean. the room was too far from the lobby.

Fabulous Phoenix 4th 4th of July 2025

The staff was very friendly and very helpful to me in any questions I had and responded to my problem with the refrigerator very quickly and replaced it even though I stayed one night I go there every year for 4th of July for the day to spend with my family and my friends at the Indian still Park and the hotel just makes it so much better and so many great memories with my friends and family there thank you all so much

Nice place to stay

We liked the hotel ... restaurants are always a plus when we are traveling and we look for such. The restaurant/food service availability could have been better but all in all the room was nice and clean as was the common areas.
