  • Make your stay away from home fun and peaceful with this beautiful Desert Oasis in Mesa. This home sits on 1 acre with a massive heated 1100 sq ft pool ($200 a day to heat w/a 3 day minimum), Rope Swing, rock water slide, waterfall, and outside shower are perfect for your summertime getaway. The backyard also provides a private pickle ball court, pool house, putt putt golf and bbqs waiting for burgers! You will enjoy the large covered patio and love listen to the tranquil waterfall. The rear of the property has lots of grass to run and play soccer or volleyball. It’s an incredible home that offers so much entertainment you will never have to leave! The inside of this home has a chef's dream kitchen, granite counters and over-sized fridge & freezer. The main living area has hardwood floors that opened up into a huge great room perfect for gathering while ping pong and the pool table wait for your loved ones. Basement has its own tv and air hockey. Wood flooring stretches through the great room and kitchen while the bedrooms have carpet. This home has 6 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and will sleep 16 if the 2 pull out sofas in basement are utilized. Nice master bedroom and bath that boasts a granite wall in the shower, 3 shower heads, claw foot tub and an amazing view of the backyard through the french doors. This home is a 1/2 mile to incredible shopping & restaurants including: Ra Sushi, Buca Di Beppo, Rodizio Grill, Anthropology , over 30 restaurants and boutiques. 3 minutes from the freeway, close to downtown Gilbert and 15 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport.     Important warning! AZ is one of the hottest areas of the country. During the summer months the fake grass, patio area and patio furniture will burn bare feet. Please always wear shoes when outside. Without exception. AND PLEASE DO NOT LET CHILDREN RUN AROUND BAREFOOT IN THE HEAT!!!

An amazing vacation spot for the whole family!

We loved this spacious, inside and out, property that provided everything you could ask for in fun and relaxation. Everyone loved the pool, games, hot tub and lounging areas. We would definitely return when heading out that way with our extended family! A beautiful and clean home that we all enjoyed.

Very fun property, enough room and activities for all ages. Well appointed, found everything we needed even things I forgot (like foil). We would stay again our family really enjoyed the time here especially the pool. It felt like a home which made my 4 kids and extended family very comfortable.

Location Location Location

When you are on vacation you want to have a place that is centrally located for your activities. For our group, this property was within 15 minutes to nearly every activity we had planned. In addition to a great central location, the backyard was fantastic. We spent time hanging out at our own private resort for every day. In addition, Sarah and Tyler were amazing hosts. We asked for an early check in and a late check outside due to our flights and they were super accommodating to us. Thanks for an amazing visit to the Mesa area for our family.

Thank you so much for the wonderful vacation home! Our family had the best time! We had littles, teens and a lot of adults. Amazing Backyard

The house has an incredible backyard with tons of space for games like corn hole, spikeball, and can jam (all provided by the host). The pool is also amazing with the water slide and rope swing. The pool house makes for an easy way to stay in the shade while keeping an eye on the pool. The house itself has plenty of space and a great kitchen. Plenty of tvs that we used to watch sports and connected video games to. Could not recommend this house enough. 10 out of 10.

Perfect stay for a Senior Trip and Families

This VRBO was an absolute gem for our group—four high school senior boys and their families. The location was unbeatable, right in the heart of the Phoenix metro area, making everything easily accessible. But honestly, we barely needed to leave! The house itself had **plenty of space** for everyone to spread out comfortably. The **pool was incredible**—even bigger than the pictures showed! It was the perfect spot to relax, and with two washers and dryers, keeping up with pool towels was a breeze. Entertainment options were endless—pool table, ping pong, air hockey, darts, bags, a **hot tub**, and more! Inside and out, there was something for everyone. The home was well-stocked with amenities, including **a fully stocked kitchen with spices, paper towels, laundry soap, and more**, making our stay even more enjoyable. Would absolutely recommend this place for families and groups looking for a fun, stress-free getaway!

Perfect Private Family Resort

This property was clean, attractive, roomy, well appointed, in a good neighborhood, conveniently located to airports and a multitude of city & rural experiences. The pool was a huge hit with all ages; definitely worth paying to heat it. There was a total abundance of games indoor & outdoor to keep everyone happy & engaged. Nice variety of sleeping options and layout allowed for large group, groupings and private time. Kitchen & laundry amenities were superb. Owners so responsive! Friends and extended family already planning to reserve this VRBO. We loved it and even family skeptics left saying they had a blast. We had a group of 12 with 4 children ages 6-21 plus 8 adults. Spendier than other VRBO's we looked at but amenities and space made it all worth it. We would rent this VRBO again!

Perfect Parents Retreat

The House we perfect for 5 Baseball Parents Families to hang out and enjoy when not watching our kids play baseball. The house had everything, Huge Pool (heated for our stay) Billiards, Ping Pong, bags, spikeball, not to mentions 3 massive, big screen TV to watch March Madness. The pool house served as a great outdoor area to just hang out. The kitchen was perfect for all of us to cook and just hang out. Owners we awesome. Very responsive to communicate with them before our trip and easy to get a hold of during the trip. One day the Pool pumps were not working called and within 10 minutes they were at the house and within10 minutes the pool was back in working order. Thank you, Sarah and Tyler, for an unforgettable trip that made memories for 5 different families.

Property was great for us.

Done family rentals dozens of thime. This was above average in terms of property qualithy. Tho we only had the normal issues that ocurr with every rental, the 2 managers were outstanding in terms of clear communocation, ease of access and results.. We are 3 brothers, wives and adult children. We did not use the pool or play any of the games, but a younger crowd would love them. Plenty of very comfortable seating and shade outsude for a very large crowd . We used the house for home base while we traveled to cousins homes for reunion parties.we ate most of the other meals in the house. Comfortable, well stocked. The microwave snd the oven were under the kitchen island and were a bit inconvenient. Large fridge and giant freezer held all our food with ease. Large pantry. Good stock of coffee, spices, condiments, garbage bags, toilet oaper, soap and all the other things we normally bring when we drive to less equipped rentaks. We appreciated this. This home was good value for us and convenient to where we needed to go.

We had an awesome time during our recent stay. Everything was ready for us from the heating of the pool to comfortable bedrooms, to an amazing kitchen with everything we needed, to pool/pingpong/air hockey tables. The table in the kitchen area was able to let all 14 of us sit together. Couldn’t have been better.

Everything about our stay was perfect. We were looking for a fun house with a great backyard and this rental did not disappoint. Owners responded quickly whenever we had a question and were very accommodating. In addition to all that there are many restaurants, a shopping mall, and even a Walmart marketplace for essentials less than a mile away. Highly recommend and will likely book again!
