The pool and spa will be heated for your stay. The pool will be heated between 82 and 86 degrees. The spa can be heated with the push of a button upon your arrival.

○ Upon booking you are also agreeing to providing your photo ID and completing our screening process through Safely.
○ Minimum age of primary renter: 30
○ Quiet hours go into effect at 9:00 pm, No amplified noise or musical instruments outside.
○ Parking is limited to 5 cars in the driveway at the property.
○ Standard occupancy is 10 guests, and maximum occupancy is 14 guests. Each guest exceeding the standard occupancy will be charged an additional guest fee of $30/night per guest per night.
○ Up to 2 dogs allowed for an additional fee with prior approval.
○ Renter shall not store/park any trailer, boat, mobile home, RV, camper, machinery, equipment, or commercial vehicle on the driveway or street.
○ Early check-in/late check-out may be available upon request for an additional charge. Written approval is required.
○ For bookings made within 48 hours of check-in, we do our best to accommodate regular check-in time of 4pm but it could be as late as 6pm.

Great family vacation!

House was clean and as advertised.Lots of space for our children and seven grandchildren. Grandkids spent hours in the pool and playing in the yard. Great central location to lots of day hikes. House manager was very responsive to any minor issues. Would definitely stay here again!

Family Dream Home!

Friends and family gathered together (8 adults, 3 kids) for a staycation where we welcomed a new addition to the family and celebrated our 3 year old. Loads of pool time, some b-ball, b-b-q, and backyard fun kept everyone happy and busy! Loads of comfy indoor space for all! Very clean and well provided!

Paradise in Scottsdale

We had a total blast at this property; within a few hours of arriving, we agreed that we're coming back every year. The property is expansive (the pictures don't do full justice) and it is literally perfect for a family (ours had in-laws, 4 year old, and a 1 year old) with kid and baby accoutrements. Check in was a breeze and the property manager was very gracious and responsive before and throughout our stay. Highly highly recommend!!

Everything you could ask for!

Guys golf trip/reunion

Just came back from renting this house with a group of guys for our annual golf trip/reunion. This place was perfect. Everyone had their space, and we were able to hang out as a group and enjoy the wonderful outdoor space. The location is convenient to golf, restaurants, stores and the highway. I would rent this place again without hesitation.

Our stay could not have been nicer. Brisa was an amazing property manager. She responded immediately to any questions and was lovely to work with. The home was perfect. It was well equipped with everything we needed. . The outdoor area could not have been nicer. We will defiantly be back.

Wonderful House

The property was amazing. We had a lot of people that enjoyed playing games and utilized the basketball courts, lawn, golf, horseshoes, etc and had a wonderful time. The pool was great as well. Had no problems with property manager and everything went smoothly. 10/10 would recommend to anyone

Beautiful Home

This house was perfect for our family early Christmas!! Clean and had everything well stocked. Backyard was huge and plenty of fun activities available. Home theater was great to gather to watch Christmas movies. Great communication with the house manager Terry. Highly recommend this house.!

This is a luxurious, spotless home with all the amenities! We loved it!

This home was perfect. We brought our clothes and everything else was provided - toiletries, paper product, coffee - even sunscreen! The house was spotless, beautifully decorated and had something for.everyone. The hot tub was huge and the pool beautiful. The location is close to restaurants and shopping, yet feels very private. We had a wonderful vacation here and would come again. The owners were very friendly and responded quickly to every question.

Family fun backyard

We had a great time with all of the different outdoor activities in the backyard. The pool was warm, the hot tub was a family favorite, and the basketball court was a fun time as well. Inside was spacious and well equipped for entertaining our family with kids ranging from 2-13. The property manager was very friendly and did a great job with the check in process to make sure we understood all of the property amenities. We definitely recommend this property.

Excellent Home

This home was a major hit with our group of golfers. We were all impressed with how nice the home was kept. It's a perfect vacation home because there is plenty of great HD TV's fun activities like pool, horseshoes, putting green etc. The home was stocked with the little things you need (but don't think of) like coffee, tea, towels ... The owners are very friendly, and very easy to reach in case you need to. Great home.

This home has it all

Very impressive, resort style home. This home as it all, it is stocked up and ready for relaxation and enjoyment. Check for a complete child's item listing prior to using baby quip, they probably already have it for you. So fun with kiddos, seeing the smiles on my daughter's face was soo fun! What an amazing property. Any small issues we had, they were fixed within 24 hours! Only improvement would be more, outdoor lighting, and a fire place that gives off more heat or those outdoor heaters as it cools down so fast at night.

Paradise in the Desert

What a fabulous home for a girls weekend away! We had an amazing time lounging by the pool, drinking wine, playing basketball, horseshoes, bean bags, and making smores by the firepit! The house is absolutely gorgeous and the beds are all super comfy. We had 7 girls staying here and getting ready was not an issue with all of the bathrooms! The master bathroom is amazing!!!!! The location was super convenient only a few minutes to Costco and Trader Joes! The PHX airport was about 25 minutes away and Mesa was 45 minutes. The house is about 15 minutes from Old Town Scottsdale which is an absolute blast to go out in or a $30 cab ride. Rachel was wonderful to deal with and we will definitely visit her home again in the future!!!!

New Years 2024

Lets start with Brisa, the property manager. Brisa provided us her cell phone for test messages during our stay. The longest it took her to respond the entire week was 4 minutes. OUTSTANDING customer service. The house is better than the pictures. The back yard is huge more than enough room for our 7 & 2 year olds to run all over the place and more than enough room for our college athletes (volleyball and football) to work out all week. More than enough space to put the young ones to bed and for the adults to play games without worrying about waking them up. Fall golf trip

We had 8 ha buddies here for a golf trip. Great place. Other than golf we never left the house. Swimming pool, hot tub, basketball court, bocce, horseshoes, bbq and outdoor eating area, pinball machines, theatre room. This house had everything. Kitchen was fully stacked with everything u need and bedrooms were comfortable and functional. The master bedroom was like a palace. Some small criticisms: The pool chair cushions are old and on their last legs. Need replacement. The corn hole game is falling apart. Either needs to be replaced or thrown out. Needs better lighting in the backyard as it is tough to see some areas after dark.

Luxurious home equally close to restaurants. shopping and all the outdoor activities

We had a wonderful week in this home! It is absolutely beautiful both inside and out. The pool and hot tub were gorgeous and the hot tub was one of the largest I've seen for a private home. The outdoor seating was comfortable and generous, and the outdoor kitchen was perfect! Inside The home was spotless! All the toiletries were provided even sunscreen, razors and hair dryers in every bathroom. (It's great not having to pack annythin but clothes and makeup when flying.) The decor was beautiful - plenty of seating and plenty of areas to congregate. We never felt like we were too crowded. It was also very nice to have separate theater room, game room and living space. Everyone can do what they want. The bedrooms were spacious (each had its own walk-in closet), and beautiful. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of light for nighttime reading. The bathrooms were fully equipped with everything we needed. I didn't stay in the master suite! But it was knock-down gorgeous,, We loved our stay here and I'd love tetanus again,

Great place!!!!

We rented this fabulous property with 10 women for a girl's weekend. Could not not have worked out better! Perfect location (5 mins) for shopping in Kierland and easy 15-20 mins to Old Town Scottsdale and even more world class shopping and dining. House is perfect for downtime in the hot tub and pool when you are tired of running around. Everything in the home was very clean and well stocked for EVERYTHING you could need. Surprised to find most sundries -including even sunscreen and toothpaste - for taking in the pantry! The home is HUGE and fit all 10 of us with room to spare. The absolute best part was was the incredible backyard with a fire pit, outdoor kitchen, mini golf, horseshoe pit and 1/2 sport court!!! We were all commenting that if we ever came back it would be with our husbands and kids as they would go crazy for all the fun activities!!! I have not even mentioned the full size retro video games or theatre room!!! Definitely come and visit this property -- you will not be disappointed.....Rachel was incredibly accessible and easy to work with ..... Looking forward to another visit!

Amazing house in Scottsdale. Room for plenty of friends

Ten 40+ friends (guys trip) fit comfortably in this great house. Check in process was very easy with a digital lock. Very easy to park a large vehicle in the garage. Communication with management was great and they are willing to resolve any issues that exist. We had some issues with two of the main tvs. We notified management and said resolving them was not necessary during our time there. Great location to casino and restaurants. The outdoor shade is worth it as this was one of the reasons we picked this house. So much shaded seating all day. Some of the negatives that might take away from the 5 star review: there is no golf video game as seen in the picture. The trees behind the basketball court need to be trimmed as they are much larger now than in the picture. A ladder is needed for one of the bunk beds (as seen in the picture). All minor issues. The pinball machine has a few minor glitches, but fun nonetheless. I recommend this house to anyone based on its size, amenities and proximity to so many things.
