Ocotillo lakefront 5BR/2BA SINGLE level house w/heated (COOLED in the summer) pool, spa & therapy JETS! Waterfront at ocotillo lakes & golf course. 3 kings, 2 queens, 4 twins , and a crib . Two seater kayak, four seater paddle boat, swing, hammock . Please message for details if you need it for a day only. No checkout list. Great for large groups. PETS ALLOWED UPON APPROVAL (1 dog only). Please message breed&weight. NO CATS.

1. Master bedroom —king size bed
2. Bedroom 2– California king size bed, and foldable twin
3. Bedroom 3– California king and a foldable twin. Air mattress is available as well
4. Bedroom 4–two queen beds
5. Bedroom 5–two twin beds, full size crib, pack&play available as well. Please note, this room has no door, but blackout curtains for privacy

HEATED POOL, SPA WITH THERAPY JETS
⭐️ POOL HEAT
NO extra fees for heating . The heat is set to run from 9am-9pm and set to 85-90 F. Waterfall feature is not on during December-March months when the heat is on to prevent cooling of the water. Otherwise, the waterfall is on 6-9 pm. Pool heat is relative to outdoor temperature. When the temperature goes below 60 outdoor, the pool temperature might not reach desired temperature.

⭐️ SPA HEATING hours from 6-9 pm, but you can request any 3 hour slot from 10am-10:30 pm. Please request heating, otherwise it won’t be on to preserve propane. For extra spa hours, please inquire , additional fee may apply.

Pool heating is 9am-9pm at 85-90 F. Pool heat is relative to outdoor temp. If temp below 60F, water temp may not reach the max temp. No extra fees!
No pets on beds and furniture. Pool service is on mondays , make sure nobody is in the pool during servicing and few hours after if chemicals used .
