Our fully-furnished apartments feature soaring 9-foot ceilings, sleek stainless steel kitchens, and quartz countertops for a modern, elevated feel. Take a dip in the resort-style pool, hit your goals in the Technogym fitness center, or relax in the luxury clubhouse.
All guests will need to pass CLEAR identity verification and a background check, we'll look for no evictions, collections, or criminal records.

For stays of 30+ nights, Landing also requires SSN - a soft credit check will be performed only on the primary guest. We look for a 550 credit score.
