It is the city's most acclaimed neighborhood, largely due to its location, near the Arizona Biltmore Hotel. The space
This house has 3 bedrooms. The first, the master bedroom, has a super comfy king bed with a smart TV. The second bedroom is a queen size bed, the third bedroom is a queen size bed with a smart TV, the couch is also a bed, house sleeps 8 people comfortably. Large ceiling fans accompany every bedroom and the common area. perfect piece of paradise
The little bit of paradise property in Phoenix lived up to its name. Angie the hostess ensured we felt welcomed. The house was located in a quiet, but centrally-located neighborhood with easy access to downtown, the highways, airport, shopping, restaurants, etc. The house was exactly as advertised - very clean and comfortable with 3 beds, 2 baths, a wonderful large living room area to spend time visiting with family, a fantastic outdoor patio area with firepit perfect for the cool mornings and evenings, and a dining room table great for playing games. The appliances were all very modern and functional. There was a booklet on the kitchen counter with all relevant info, e.g. wifi passcode, Angie's phone number, etc. We could not have been happier with our experience and would not hesitate to stay here again.

We totally enjoyed our stay at Little Bit of Paradise in the Biltmore area of Phoenix. The home is very nicely decorated, well supplied with all that anyone needs, and the backyard is beautiful and relaxing! We spent many evenings in the backyard listening to an array of birds, and watching their activity. Angie’s home is close to everything. Minutes from the airport, close to Tempe, Phoenix, Scottsdale , and was convenient to Glendale for the Rolling Stones concert. I would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the Phoenix area.

The cozy green house
Thank you so much Angie for creating such a beautiful space for guests to enjoy . The backyard has a relaxing outdoor space. Wonderful landscaping drawing all varieties of birds , including humming birds. The house is well furnished and stocked with everything imaginable. Beds are super comfortable and the towels are thick and soft. Walking distance to a Mexican restaurant with elegant food and dining. My husband and our two close friends had a great time. The neighborhood is safe and very walkable , neighbors are all friendly. If you need anything Angie responds right away. We hope to return some day.

Location was great. Short drives to restaurants, grocery stores, other shopping like Macy's. Not on a major street, so minimal street noise. All appliances were new/updated. One of the best features of the house was the outside living space and back yard. Neighbors' barking dogs could be annoying.

Paradise in Biltmore for Sure!
My husband and I met our daughter, who lives in Hawaii, in AZ for a quick trip and this house was more than perfect! From the beginning the owner, Angie, was wonderful answering questions and giving recommendations. She was always quick to respond and very professional. The house itself was perfect...clean, comfortable, well stocked with evereything we needed. And the location is great, close to everything yet in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. I cannot recommend this property enough! Thanks again Angie for everything! We had a marvelous time and beyond comfortable stay in your home! If we ever return to Arizona, we will be back for sure!

We stayed at this property for two weeks. Upon check-in, everything was just as expected. The house was very clean, the backyard was very comfortable and the host were very receptive and quick to answer any questions or address any issues that we had. Concert get-away
We came to town for the Stevie Nicks and Billy Joel concert and the house was everythign we could have asked for...clean, neat and spacious. Nice littel neighborhood. Relaxed in the backyard around the fire pit the first night. Location convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. Would highly recommend to property. Bob & Margy

Sister trip to Phoenix
The home was as pictured. It's one of the nicest decorated properties I've ever rented. The furniture was good quality and comfortable. The artwork and accessories were very tasteful giving the home warmth without being overdone. The backyard space is lovely, I found my sister out there every morning enjoying her coffee. The home was very clean and there were little extras that made the stay nice, i.e. trash bags, some basic spices, dish soap, etc. We appreciated not having to purchase such items when one rents for a week. Thanks to Angela and her crew.

We really enjoyed the house this weekend. It’s beautiful and very clean, comfortable beds and TVs in every bedroom. It’s a nice open set up so easy to have conversation while utilizing the lovely kitchen. Bars and restaurants a short Uber ride away.

Prime Location for a Weekend Getaway
Seamless check in and check out process. 10 minute drive from the airport, and a quick drive to any other nearby attractions. House is furnished perfectly with an awesome backyard patio. This will be my preferred place to stay if I am ever back in Pheonix.

Very nice property in a quiet neighborhood. Angie is a good host and responsive with messages. Only regret is we didn’t get a chance to use the fireplace as it was mid-Summer in Phoenix. Would stay here, again, with friends, family, and young kids.

Angie is a very gracious host. This spotless, modern home provided a welcome and peaceful respite from our visits to Saint Joseph’s hospital, a short six minutes away, where our sister had undergone surgery at Barrows Neurological Institute.
