Quiet and modern 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath townhouse with a second floor stand alone, fully furnished, washer/dryer within unit with one assigned covered parking. Our Tempe townhouse is located approx. 3.4 miles from Arizona State University, crossroads are McClintock Dr and Baseline Rd and is in close proximity to all major attractions, Baseball, Golf, Boots in the Park, Mill Avenue District, Arabian Horse Shows, Arizona Bike Week, University, Major hospitals, hiking and bike trails, etc... This small community offers a pool and hiking trails nearby.
The townhouse was fully remodeled in 2024- from tile flooring throughout, paint, and newly furnished. It is a welcoming property with a large comfortable sectional couch and a 65 inch smart TV greeting you as you enter. The Master bedroom has a queen size bed with the substantial closet space covering wall to wall with it's own 32'' TV. Each bedroom is comfortable with Queen size beds, large closets and offers a great living space for all. Please inquire- more properties are available.
