Luxury Old Town Scottsdale! Heated Pool & Jacuzzi

Recently completed major renovations with all new finishes!! This home is probably one of the nicest available in area by far! Home has all New High end Finishes, appliances, and furniture!! This home has 5 bedrooms, plus a game room with a pull out sofa, so actually could be used as a 6th bedroom. Game room is amazing with (2) 65" TV's, 12' shuffle board table, and pool table!! All new large screen tv's in all rooms in house, unique 4.5 bathrooms, all new beds, furniture, etc. Backyard is also amazing with large pool, large Jacuzzi, covered patio, fire pit, tons of seating, corn-hole game, BBQ, and much more!! This home is located within minutes from Old Town Scottsdale which has some of the best bars and restaurants in Scottsdale. Also close to great golf courses, casino, top golf, and Spring training games!

Absolutely NO Parties are allowed at Home! And no more guest than indicated on the reservation. Violation may result in a fee up to $2,500.
No Excessive Noise outdoors after 10 PM. If police are notified and you are in violation of noise ordinance you may be charged a fee up to $2,500.
No climbing on roof (apparently we had to make this a rule too...)
