Upon entrance you'll discover a spacious living room along with a fully-equipped kitchen and dining area.

Walk down a few stairs to find the large primary bedroom and freshly remodeled bathroom or up a few stairs to find two sizable guest rooms and a second bathroom.

Each bedroom includes a king or queen size bed with USB charging ports. The primary bedroom also includes a work desk, dresser, smart TV and its own walk-in closet and bathroom. A sleeper sofa and a futon on the main level provide additional sleeping space for guests. Pack ’n play (travel crib) available upon request.

The property also features a newly redesigned backyard with a private pool, BBQ grill, dining table, fire table, outdoor TV and putting green!

Up to 2 cats or dogs are allowed for an additional $50 per pet.

Planning to visit during the winter months? No problem (and we don't blame you). The pool can be heated to a temperature of your choice for an additional $50 per day.

AMAZING HOUSE JUST PERFECT
It takes a lot to impress me, and this house did just that and then some ! It’s clean and open and private, Perfect for a family/birthday getaway. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. John is an amazing host and took care of my family and I. I’ll miss Scottsdale and I’ll be back soon along with staying here at this wonderful house !

My wife and I arrived to our stay at the luxury vacation home with pool Friday evening had about 9:00 p.m.. it was still 110° outside. We decided to spend the weekend in Scottsdale to participate in the Salt River tube float. The home was clean and welcoming. The owner left a basket of some snacks that we took advantage of and took to our float on Saturday. The home was nicely air conditioned and it pulled down quickly whenever we needed a little extra cool air. The pulling back was warm too hot but still it was nice to cool down compared to the 100 plus temperatures. The kitchen was soft with vanessaary cooking utensils plates cups Etc or virtually everything you would need to prepare meals. There are even spices in the cabinet. We ended our visit on Sunday and did some light cleaning and it almost looked like we were never there. Put some items in the dishwasher and in the washing machine for the owner and lock the door. If we were to stay in this area again we would highly consider this rental.

Perfect getaway!
Great Vrbo! My family and I enjoyed our stay at this old town Scottsdale house. Bedrooms were as described. Only master bedroom has a tv which I didn’t realize but no big deal. Bathrooms are not on main floor which was only an issue if you are in the pool and then need to use the restroom. Pool was fantastic although a bit dirty with tree debris but also didn’t stop us from using pool!! Couch and chair inside were a bit uncomfortable but again not a major issue. Spent a lot of time outside. Only unfortunate part was all the electrical wires blocking any kind of view but again not a big deal. Master shower was heavenly!! I thought there was a whirlpool but there was not one but it was too hot to matter this trip.

Everything you need close to everywhere you want to go!
We enjoyed a week long stay here and were quite pleased with the whole house and outdoor set up. The decor was beautiful and towels/bedding good quality. Make sure you do a walkthrough first before you shop as many items have been passed forward or provided by the hosts. We left floaties in the side shed and noticed others had as well. All paper products were pleasantly provided. I didn’t expect to see so many birds! I learned something new that Phoenix has wild lovebirds. A pair visited every morning. Perfect for morning coffee. Thank you John!

John was a pleasure to work with! We had a small problem with keyless entry. I am sure John will have it repaired before the end of the day. Neighborhood is quiet. Perfect for us older travelers. House, landscaping were spotless/perfect. We brought our dog and the back yard was perfect for him to play. If John will have us we will be back!

Must Stay!
Ok, I’m going to start this by letting all of the readers know that I have extremely high expectations (honestly, unfair for any host renting their place). That being said… This home surpassed even my own expectations. It was as clean as my own house, fully stocked with condiments, plates, glasses, etc. The bedrooms were spacious and also cozy. The living room was gorgeous and the couch comfortable and clean. I’m placing a lot of emphasis on the clean part because I’ve stayed in places with stained couches, hair in the frig, greasy pillows, etc. The pool is beautiful with plenty of privacy! They even provide a smart tv off the patio. The neighborhood is quiet and centrally located. We were never more than a 5 min drive to our favorite Scottsdale locations. My only regret is not staying longer, but my OCD, anxiety-ridden having a** wouldn’t allow it. I had to get home to panic about things I can’t control. Yay! John is a super host and I implore you to stay here. We will be back! 😍

Nice house in a great area back yard is beautiful!! Kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils, plenty of blankets pillows and comfy beds! Showers have great water pressure. Huge bathroom closet! There is a new small gate around the pool not shown in the photos no big deal. The house definitely could have been cleaner very dusty in visible places. Oven vent, cabinets, kitchen mainly and bird poop on the patio furniture that had been there for weeks. The house also is very creaky and makes a lot of noise and is pretty loud. Front door is glass with no blinds. Overall great stay 4/5!

This house exceeded all expectations for spring break trip. Our family of five stayed for the week. The house is clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated, has well-stocked kitchen and bathrooms, and it’s in a great location close to hiking, shopping, dining, and pickleball. It has plenty of towels, dishes, and soaps. John was quick to respond with any questions. Our favorite part of this property was the outdoor space. We enjoyed many afternoons lounging in and around the pool and also had a few meals at the table under the umbrella. If we were ever to return to Scottsdale, we’d hope to stay here again for sure.

March Madness with Friends
Spent the long weekend here to watch March Madness basketball games with friends and soak up the sun. The house was exactly as described and communication with owner could not have been easier. Both indoor and outdoor TVs made watching the games effortless and the pool provided a bonus to the stay. Would definitely stay here again.
