Owners live in Tempe and will be available for any issues or recommendations around Town

There's a great coffee shop walking distance called Xtreme Bean, Sprout's (Grocery Store) is across the street along with a number of restaurants and shops

There is a bus route stop nearby but would recommend to either rent a car or plan on using Uber/Lyft for most accommodations. Phoenix is pretty spread out and easy to get around
