  • 1 BR/BA apartment attached to primary residence. Complete privacy with private courtyard. We recently added this addition to our home completely modern with new decor. Full size kitchen, bathroom with walk-in shower, and king size bed with walk-in closet and full size stackable washer/dryer. Living room has a sofa bed. Apartment sleeps up to 4. Rental comes with parking in wrap around driveway. Conveniently located in the Groves area of Mesa, AZ. Location is close to Falcon Field, Mesa Riverview, Tempe Town Lake, and Great Freeway Access to Downtown PHX.

We would definitely stay here again. The host was very responsive, and the set-up of this apartment is just perfect for what we were looking for. The bed is comfortable, the full-size fridge is great - with lots of ice. The laundry is super-convenient and all the supplies provided were excellent.When we were there, the dishwasher was not working, and we were not informed ahead of time, so we tried to run it. There were some overall cleanliness issues, but the host assured us she was addressing those things after our departure.Overall a great experience. I would recommend.

What a lovely stay we had. The apartment was beautiful and very comfortable. The location was perfect for our reason to be in Mesa. The bed was super comfortable once you got in it! My husband is 6 ft 3 so no problem for him, I am 5 ft 6 so until I found the little stool it was a bit of a challenge for this almost 80 yr old! Thank you, Cindy.
