Modern Western Design with Private Heated Pool, BBQ and Golf

Hang out with your group in the resort-style backyard with a covered patio and BBQ. Dip in the pool. There is a den with built-in desks. Aside from the 3 bedrooms, the office has an air mattress that can sleep two people. If you want to go biking, there are bikes. Only minutes from downtown and the perfect distance to everything such as food, Scottsdale, Golf, Shopping, and hospitals.

Note: The pool can be heated for a fee of $75/day and must be used for the entire length of your stay (we turn it on before you arrive and turn it off after you leave).

Backyard summer dream
We rented this house so that our 2 younger grandkids could have a pool all to themselves. Although hot, which is to be expected in our very warm state. It was a hit with them and us. House was very clean and just as described.

We were in Arizona for a family wedding. The house and location could not have been better. The home is in a very nice neighborhood - close to everything. It was very clean, well stocked & very spacious. The rental process was easy & the property manager was very prompt in replying to our needs. The pool setting in the backyard was perfect. We enjoyed our stay at this home. The house was very clean, furniture new and in good shape and fully equipped kitchen with spices and oils made it convenient to cook without having to buy too many food items. The heated pool made it the trip even better! Our teens swam the whole time and loved it.

The house was wonderful, beautiful and very comfortable and The owner was very easy to communicate with. Unfortunately I paid additional for the pool to be heated and it never seemed to work properly. There was no circulation in the pool, or warm water being added. I would not recommend paying the additional. Just skip the pool if it not during the summer. Otherwise, everything was fantastic!
