Visited Phoenix for a long weekend with 2 kids (6 and 3). The house had enough room for my family and in-laws to stretch out and also have our privacy. The kids loved playing out in the yard. It was raining so we were unable to play at the park right across the street, but we ventured out as much as we could. The location was close to grocery stores and several food options. as well as kid-friendly attractions like the OdySea Aquarium (super fun). The hosts were extremely thoughtful, kind and generous, and responded to our inquiries quickly. Would highly recommend!

We stayed for 1 week and it was a perfect setup. The bedrooms are in one “wing” and the main living in another “wing”. Made it perfect for the early risers and late sleepers. Could make coffee and visit without disturbing others. Plenty of privacy. Really enjoyed the patio and loved the pool. Location is great for groceries and any shopping you need. Close to Rockies spring training stadium. Found nice pickleball courts (10of them) with lots of players at Horizon Park. Just a great place to stay and the owners are the nicest people. Our granddaughter had left a couple of special rings there, which their crew found and they went out of their way to return to her. It was close to everything we wanted and needed. Would definitely stay again. Appreciate them sharing their home with us.

A group of my friends and I stayed here for a girls trip in early May and the house was the perfect set up and the host Brett was even better! The set up of the house was super convenient for groups because all of the bedrooms are located on one side which is separated from the kitchen by a cute little courtyard. This was a huge plus for us because we had a couple girls who like to sleep in and we didn't have to worry about waking them up while making coffee. The house also has two large living areas inside that fit our whole group comfortably, but we spent the majority of our time outside. The backyard is fantastic! We spent our days hanging out in the pool which is bigger in person than it looks in the photos! Honestly the only downside I can think of is the area around the pool gets super hot from the sun, but that is to be expected when it is 107 degrees out, so just be sure to bring flip flops. The Backyard also has a ton of seating and at night the patio is lit up so it was perfect to grill out and play games. We had a blast taking advantage of the putting green that was not shown in the pictures. As for Brett the host, I spoke with him multiple times leading up to our stay and he was extremely accommodating! He checked in on us several times throughout our stay to make sure we didn't have any issues and came over twice to solve the minor issues we did encounter, once to show us how to work the thermostat at night and once to drop off propane for the grill. I highly recommend this house and would definitely stay here again!

We were impressed with the responsiveness of the host during our stay, and the vibe that our enjoyable stay was important to him as a host. The home and backyard were as described and enjoyable for all. We heated the pool and it was perfect. Sunsets over looking the park gorgeous. We found the beds comfortable, the kitchen usable. 9 of us stayed comfortably and I would recommend this home.

We had the best time spending SB here. The house has everything you need! I loved the peace of mind of the safety fence around the pool because my 2-yr old was swimming obsessed! My husband LOVED the putting green. The house was so clean and the beds were nice and comfortable. The best part was how easy it was to communicate with the owner - most responsive owner I’ve dealt with. He was a huge help! We would stay here again for sure.

The check in and response from the owners was great. The furniture in the house was clean and looked new. The house was cleaned ok, the doors were not cleaned at all, looked dirty where you grab the handles or the door and around that area. They needed more plastic wine glasses and wine glasses in general but otherwise very well stocked. You could not have 2 blow dryers going at the same time on the side of the house with the bedrooms, which was hard because we had a group of all women. The propane was out for the fire pit, not a big deal but we had to switch it from the grill which had a full one. The next part is solely about Evolve. The company evolve was a complete nightmare to work with. I would never book through this company again. EVER there are so many other companies to book rentals through, they treat their customers terrible and very so unprofessional/ unreasonable about everything that went on durning the pandemic.

My group had the best stay at Brett and Melody’s home. The house itself was a great space to accommodate a large group, and the backyard was a great place to enjoy the beautiful Arizona weather. Brett was very responsive and extremely helpful with all of our questions. I would definitely recommend a stay in this home!

Fantastic home in a great neighborhood! The place had everything we needed and more. Owners were very helpful and friendly. Beds were super comfy! Kids loved the huge pool and playing in the yard. Adults loved the beautiful patios! We would definitely stay here again!
