Nice 3 BR Condo Overlooking Pool and Hot Tub - Close to Spring Training Fields

Nicely decorated first floor condo overlooking pool and the heated spa.
Located very close to I-17 and AZ-101 and only 15 minutes from the sports arenas, Westworld and spring training stadiums. Beautiful, sunlit living room has fireplace and vaulted ceiling. Reserved covered parking spot and guest parking also. Close to shopping, restaurants and Glendale arenas. Well equipped kitchen and laundry room. Front courtyard is furnished and great for relaxing and outdoor grilling.

Property was as described except that hot tub wasn"t heated, (broken heater), and for the first several days tv reception and WIFI was poor. At first owners were responsive to these issues and some other minor ones, but became unreachable when concerns weren't resolved. On positive side, very quiet neighborhood, kitchen well equipped, great courtyard.

Nice Condo and Handy Location
This is a very nice property in a convenient area to hiking, golf, shopping etc. It is very well maintained. The owners/hosts were excellent and except for a couple of items not in the owners control, would have been an overall five. The 3 for accuracy of listing relates to our searching only properties that had both a pool and spa. This unit has both but the spa was not operating and the pool is either not heated or not working - freezing!! The 4 for cleanliness is not at all an indication of how well this unit is maintained but it appeared the yard folks had blown quite a bit of yard waste through the gate or under the patio wall onto the patio with some in the entryway. Not a big deal and we would definitely rent this again.

Perfection!
The place was exactly how it was described. The owners allowed us to contact them if we needed anything at all (which we didn’t need anything, it was perfect). The entire property is very quiet and the pool was 15 feet from the front door. Every kind of store you need for food is right down the street as well. It will be our “go-to” spot anytime we are back in that area for sure. We are so grateful that we found this condo. A++++++

The property was exactly as seen on website. It was very clean and quite. Friendly people on the condo property. We had a great stay. The restaurants around were very good. We enjoyed having coffee on the patio in morning and a cocktail in the evening.

Such a great time!
We absolutely loved staying here! It was perfect for the 4 adults and 2 children that we had staying there! The pool was not heated, but actually ended up being perfect when we were there because the weather was quite warm! We loved hanging on the large patio every night! We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Very clean and quiet
Our stay at the property was very relaxing. We had no issues while we stayed there. The only reason we did not give this five stars is the kitchen could use more baking pans, dishes, larger coffee pot and glasses. The silverware and knives could be updated as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Quiet, safe, convenient
We were pleasantly surprised. We couldn’t tell from the description if we would have neighbors above us because it just said “ground level” but the whole condo neighborhood is single story. We felt safe and it was very quiet. Very cottage like on the inside. Comfortable beds. Super good location. Owners were very nice and responsive. We highly recommend this property.
