The home is located in Central Tempe and is sure to not disappoint! It is a spacious 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with a Open Floor plan for entertaining and a Hot Tub for your endless enjoyment! All of the necessities for home will be provided during your stay.

Walk into a welcoming Living Room featuring a large Smart TV and the most comfortable couch imaginable! There are board games available, sprawl out on the couch and enjoy a movie or set up on the coffee table for a game night!

The Kitchen is equipped with all the essentials to make eggs and toast or go all out and make a gourmet meal. Enjoy your mornings with the most delicious coffee, what better way to start the day!
☀Primary Bedroom
The Primary Bedroom features a cozy queen size bed with a ensuite bathroom.
☀Guest Rooms
Two guest rooms each feature a plush queen size bed, and one guest room features two twin size beds perfect for teens, kids or 2 adults. Each room comes with pillows and blankets as well as a closet for clothes storage. You will fall asleep before your head hits the pillow!
♥Backyard
The backyard features a gorgeous covered patio area with a Hot Tub to enjoy. Throw some wood in the fireplace and relax. It doesn't get any better than this!
☀Bathrooms
Both Bathrooms feature a bathtub and shower and come with fluffy towels, Soap, Conditioner, Shampoo and Body Wash.
☀Laundry Room
A Washer & Dryer are available as needed in the hallway.
Check-in time is at 4pm and Check-out time is 11am.
We kindly ask that you try to meet these as best as possible so our Cleaning Team has adequate time for our next reservation.
If whenever possible, we will try to accommodate any scheduling requests we can.
☀Code to Keypad will be provided prior to arrival.

1. Please contact me via Airbnb messenger for any questions.
2. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited in the property, including the balcony. ($400 fine for smoke odour removal)
3. Please be cautious of noise, especially after 10pm. Noise complaints are not tolerated and may result in full deposit charges. You may be asked to leave with no refund.
4. No additional guests are allowed in the home past the indicated number on your booking confirmation. This rule is to prevent large gatherings & parties and be fair to guests who do pay the extra fees. Third party bookings are not allowed.
5. The property must be maintained in good condition with no excessive mess. Extra cleaning costs may apply if necessary so i can effectively prepare for next guests.
6. Please note check-out time is by 11am and keys must be placed as instructed. We can often accommodate late check-outs if we know in advance, but last minute changes may result in $25 charge per each additional half hour stayed.
7. All bookings require the ID of the individual booking and the disclosure of the full names of all guests.
8. Lost keys/fob is a $300 fee to reimburse time, parts, labor, and administration involved.
