POOL HEATING:

❄️ Winter heating (Nov-March): $75/day maintains ideal 82-84° temps

Please notify us at least 24 hours prior to check in to make sure the pool is heated prior to your stay.

Security cameras are installed at the front door, backyard, pool, and carport areas. These cameras record video and audio of outdoor common areas only. No cameras are located inside the house, bedrooms, bathrooms, or any private indoor spaces.

YOU WILL HAVE THE ENTIRE PROPERTY TO YOURSELF.

When you stay in this gorgeous pool home, you have the entire space to yourself. You can use all the rooms and amenities, including the washers and dryers, outdoor spaces, etc.

From here, you`re just minutes from the local grocery stores, Old Town, and some of the area`s best shopping and dining venues. You`re also a short drive from some of Scottsdale’s most beautiful natural landmarks, hiking trails, golf courses, and other outdoor recreation spots.

Maximum 10 guests. Only registered guests may stay overnight
No parties or events unless you ask Host
Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please keep the backyard and pool area quiet after 10 PM out of respect for the neighbors
No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the home or carport. A $1,000 fee applies to any smoking violation
Pets are welcome with prior approval for a $250 fee per pet. Please pick up after them and keep them off the beds and furniture
Pool use is at your own risk. No glass in or around the pool, and children must be supervised at all times
Pool heating is free June through August. From November through March, heating is $100 per day and keeps the pool at 82–84°. Please request it at least 24 hours before check-in
Please park in the covered carport
Please lock all doors and windows when you leave
Please report any damage or issues right away through Airbnb messaging
