This home is only 1.2 miles from all of the wonderful offerings of downtown Gilbert -amazing restaurants, bars, Hale theater, shops and Saturday Farmer's Market. The property has a resort style backyard with stunning landscape, a Pebble Tec Pool ($30 per day heating is optional) Hot Tub and industrial misters to cool you off. There's also a sectional with a fire table to gather around in the evenings (watch the video in the video section!). We have comfy Leather Reclining Sofa's, Smart TVs and Wifi. We provide a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare a meal or warm up your leftovers (can you say Air Fryer?!) as well as an Outdoor BBQ, Washer and Dryer. If you have little ones, we provide a Pack and Play, Toddler Bouncer, portable high chair and a Baby Monitor. There's also an alarm on the french doors that can be turned on so you know if your little one is trying to get out back. There's so much to do in Gilbert with plenty of parks, hiking, biking, golf, shopping and fun to be had. With both airports close by (less than 10 miles from Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport and 22 miles from Phoenix Sky Harbor) it's easy to get to and from the house once you arrive.

Excellent Gilbert spot!

This is a wonderful, clean home with a fantastic pool (heated) and new hot tub that is close (walking distance to The Gilbert House) to lots of restaurants and hot spots. Accommodations were as pictured and working with the hosts was a breeze. I would stay here again.

Perfect in every way!

The home had everything my sisters and I could have asked for. Great amenities and comfort. We went biking, walking & visited the driving range conveniently from this location. Plus could walk to Gilbert House for breakfast!

Great place - loved the pool

We loved staying here. Everything was clean. The house was well stocked with enough bath towels, pool towels, pool toys, and kitchen supplies. We loved the pool and hot tub and outdoor furniture. Host was very responsive and very helpful and also gave good recommendations for places to eat in Gilbert. perfect getaway spot for our family of six.

Perfect location

A group of us came and stayed at this beautiful home for a girls weekend. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We were close to so many restaurants and the homeowner was very quick to respond if we had questions. Definitely will stay here again 😎

Dads 93rd birthday

We loved this place. It was about a mile to our niece's home, where we had dad's birthday party. He's 4 sons and their wives stayed here. Love the location, close to downtown Gilbert. Close to great restaurants. Would highly recommend and definitely stay here again. Thanks Stephanie, you're the best.

Perfect Place

This house was everything we needed and more! The location was perfect and easy to find and the hosts were just so awesome. Also, it really helped that the pool was heated because even though it was in the 80’s during the day the temp would drop in the evening to the 40’s/50’s so the water would feel too chilly without the heater. We would definitely stay in this house again!

Family Trip

We enjoyed everything about our stay! We tried out several of the local restaurants our service and food choices were all good! We especially liked being in Gilbert it was a quieter a bit slower paced, just what we were looking for! Communication with Stephanie was easy and responsive! We hope it works out to return here it was a great location and comfortable home.

Amazing in every way!

I can’t wait to return to this phenomenal property. We had the most wonderful time here and a huge part of that was the functionality, amenities, and communication with the host. The location of this property allowed us to get anywhere we wanted to go in a short amount of time. The pool and outdoor area was spacious and so clean. I simply can’t say enough about this place and look forward to returning!

Gilbert House

Had a great stay at this beautiful home! Perfect location for all the ballparks we went to for Spring Training. Communication with the owners was great! The smell of the jasmine blooming this time of year was a nice bonus while sunning in the backyard by the heated pool. Highly recommend. 👍👍

Amazing Stay! Perfect house & hosts!

We loved everything about our stay. The hosts are amazing & quick to respond. The house is even more beautiful than the pics once you arrive! The backyard is what sold us and we spent every afternoon/night out there. Our whole family - even the 3 yr old was in heaven! They thought of everything! For the kids, for toiletries, baby needs, kitchen supplies & more! This house literally has it all. And Gilbert is now our favorite town! Lots of shops restaurants & sightseeing so close by! Will be back soon !

Perfect location getaway

The house was everything as described in the details. Quiet, clean, great location, well decorated and all amenities you would need. Stephanie was great and fast to respond with any questions and offered recommendations of nearby things. Gilbert was a fun little town to hangout and eat at but also close if you wanted to go just about anywhere else. We love coming to Arizona and go hiking, it was nice to have the pool to come back and relax in. Felt like home. We will be back with friends and will highly recommend

4th of July celebration

Stephanie "slayed" it, AGAIN!! Amazing 5 star+ stay! We had the pleasure of staying at Stephanie's lovely home over the 4th of July holiday. This was our 2nd stay at Stephanie's and we couldn't have been more pleased. While Arizona was experiencing record temps, we were able to enjoy the beautiful respite of Stephanie's home. The pool and private backyard was the perfect tonic to help combat the heatwave. The backyard space is just perfect, very spacious, but has a cozy feel! We felt right at home as we grilled on most nights, and bc Stephanie has a fully stocked kitchen there was no need to purchase extra items. We have been traveling to AZ for over 8 years and we haven't found a place we enjoy as much as Stephanie's. The cleaning crew does an exceptional job at keeping the property well kept. I have allergies to cleaning materials and Stephanie was able to accommodate my requests. The home is perfectly situated in Gilbert. Minutes away from great restaurants and shopping and I couldn't imagine staying anywhere else while traveling to AZ. Thank you, Stephanie for another amazing 5 star stay!!

A Perfect Getaway in Gilbert!

I can't recommend this home highly enough! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home in this beautifully maintained property. The location is unbeatable—just a short drive to downtown Gilbert, where you can explore charming shops, delicious restaurants, and vibrant nightlife. Yet, despite being close to all the action, the house feels like a peaceful oasis with its lovely backyard and inviting pool. We spent countless hours lounging by the pool, soaking up the sun, and enjoying the serene surroundings. Stephanie, our host, truly made this experience exceptional. Her communication was outstanding from the very beginning, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a smooth check-in process. She was incredibly accommodating, providing local tips and recommendations that enhanced our stay. It was clear that she genuinely cares about her guests and goes above and beyond to make sure they have a wonderful experience. The house itself was spotless and well-equipped with everything we could possibly need. The comfortable furnishings and tasteful decor made it a cozy retreat where we could relax and unwind after a day of exploring. It felt like a home away from home! AWESOME HOST

I will begin by saying our stay was 5 STAR+ and we are already planning our next trip to Stephanie's home. Our experience began long before we even arrived. Stephanie was extremely easy to communicate with and very kind in meeting our requests. I had mentioned that my wife has scent sensitivities and to please not use perfumed cleaning materials. We have had bad experiences in the past. When we arrived, it was like a breath of fresh air. Her beautiful home was exactly what was pictured online. We’ve stayed at many other rental properties over the years and hers was the cleanest we’ve ever experienced, and had everything you could imagine at your fingertips. So often while vacationing you don't always feel at home, but here we couldn't have felt more at home. The location is perfect. We were minutes away from downtown Gilbert and enjoyed the many shops and restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet, no loud barking dogs late at night, But here's the cherry on the sundae. We asked Stephanie on our last day if we could have a couple of extra hours in the home as it was raining all day. We thought we would have to sit at the airport for hours, not knowing if our flight would be delayed. She was quick to check in with her cleaning staff and a shuffle was made for us to stay a few more hours in the comfort of a home vs a crowded airport. CLASSY HOST! Stephanie stands out among the rest, as THE BEST HOST we've ever encountered.

Amazing Experience!

This home is perfect for a group gathering! Our group had 6 women in our 40's -60's. The house is beautifully furnished and decorated, and the beds are very comfortable. The check in and check out process was easy. The area is close to lots of shopping and fun restaurants to explore!
