Our modern home is spacious and perfect for any kind of traveler offering 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You will no doubt love staying in to cook your meals or use the outdoor BBQ grill. Our spectacular kitchen makes cooking a breeze with a natural gas stovetop, refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker and kitchen utensils. There is plenty of space at the 2 kitchen tables enough seating for 10 plus 4 barstools.



The living room is just off the kitchen and features a large sectional sofa and smart TV with cable. Relax and enjoy your mornings or evenings on the backyard covered patio which is just off the living room. The backyard has a comfortable patio table perfect for outdoor eating and a large private pool with chaise lounge chairs! Nothing gets better when want to relax and have fun so enjoy time with family or friends.



If you plan to sleep in this won’t be a problem here. The master bedroom features a King size bed, smart TV with cable mounted on the wall and private bathroom with single sink and walk in shower.



The guest bedroom features a Queen size bed, smart TV with cable mounted on wall and the 2nd guest bedroom features a full size bed and dresser. The Guest bathroom features a single sink and tub/shower combo.



Linens and towels provided. We also provide a few items to get you started of hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash liners, shampoo and conditioner.

Great house; perfect for a weekend getaway

This is a great house for a weekend getaway. We arrived on a Friday and left on Monday. Enjoyed the pool and outside area. Location was very convenient. Well-equipped kitchen. Highly recommend!

Perfect Girls Getaway

Great house for a fun weekend.

In town for some golf and a football game and some nightlife. Great place as a home base! Nice beds, clean and open. Backyard is great, only wish that pool was heated! Would def recommend!

Great location & quiet. Great to have a garage & larger kitchen. Wonderful backyard with fruit trees & pool.The only thing I would comment is the master bedroom could use a dresser for clothes.

Great place to relax

This house made for a lovely place to relax with family. The pool and the nice air conditioning made it easy to beat the heat. There were plenty of places to sit together and eat or play games. Rooms and beds were delightful. The kitchen had what we needed. Small tweaks would include - more beach towel, a second Roku-enabled TV, and a dresser in the MBR for clothes. Would definitely rent again!

So far .. great experience

We are renting this property for 6 days. We are in day 3 and we have had a great experience so far. The home is actually better that advertised! Beautiful with all the needs well planned out for a “home like” experience! Very comfortable! The pool and backyard are clean tidy and refreshing!

Such a great place!!

We had an amazing time at this property! The pool is great for the warm sunny days, plenty of patio furniture for everyone who stayed. The house itself is adorable and very clean. The only thing I would recommend is more full length mirrors, you know how us girls need mirror to get ready lol. Close to old town, definitely not within walking distance of much but it’s a very short Uber ride to wherever you need to go. I would 100% stay here again!

Comfortable home in good neighborhood. A little dated decor but for the price you can’t beat it. Couple of simple, modern updates that would make a big difference, charging ports for modern devices. Better quality soaps, and shampoos. Just a couple little things that make a big difference and leave a lasting impression because its inconvenient.

The home had everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting by the pool soaking up the sunshine. Orange and grapefruit tress in the backyard with fruit on was fun. It’s located in a nice quiet neighborhood near restaurants and grocery stores. Being able to park the car in the garage was handy which meant we didn't climb into a hot car. We would definitely stay here again. Only suggestion is to put a Keurig coffee maker in. It would make mornings much easier.

Wonderful Time

We had a great time at the house. It really was perfect for what we needed and wanted. The best surprise was the pool has a shelf that runs the width of the area and allowed my two-year old great-grandson to walk back and forth, pushing his cars along the cool deck as he went. He absolutely loved it. The worst was the bedrooms did not cool very well even with the fans running. The kitchen and living room were perfect temps but the bedrooms not so much. Could be it was 116 degrees outside and the air conditioner was doing the best it could. Also, be aware that while Golf Package is in the title on this house it does not apply for many months of the year. We were disappointed but survived. We made some wonderful memories and had a great time!

Dilapidated and Unsafe Neighborhood // Way Overpriced

We booked this house for spring break with my wife and kids. The property owners took advantage of spring break and chose to price gouge. Based on their nightly rate being 4x higher than their normal room rate, I assumed would be enough to put us in a very nice house and safe neighborhood. This was not the case. When we arrived we were shocked to see how rundown, dilapidated and unsafe the neighborhood actually was. The homes (including this one) were falling apart. The neighbors house had a car sitting on cinder blocks. A house across the street had kids in the driveway smoking pot. My wife and kids did not feel comfortable. Certainly not something that we felt warranted extortion prices. I should also mention the pool was not heated and was unusable. We spent 1 hour at the house and decided to leave and book a room at a 5 star hotel less than 2 miles away and it was the best decision we could have made. The hotel was cheaper per night than the rundown house. The property management team could not have cared less for our concern which was very upsetting.
