Tastefully decorated & upgraded North Scottsdale Condo featuring 3bed/2bath, all new furnishing; leather couches, flat-screen TVs, leather accented formal dining table, king size bed in master and queen beds in other bedrooms. Great room with fireplace, balcony off of the great room, and master bedroom. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a separate dining area, and the unit has and a full-size washer and dryer. Beautiful clubhouse, heated community pool, spa sauna/steam room, and full gym. Many dining and entertainment options are within walking distance. Park right around the corner features pickleball, basketball, volleyball, softball, and more. Multiple casinos, downtown Scottsdale, Barrett Jackson, multiple golf courses, and a spring training facility are all within 10 min drive. Resort living at its best!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this property and can’t recommend it highly enough.The home itself was exactly as advertised—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped—but what truly set this experience apart was the owner Alex. We ran into a booking issue that was entirely on our end, and despite that, he went completely out of his way to help us resolve it. He spent a significant amount of his own time working with VRBO to get everything sorted, showing a level of care and responsiveness that is incredibly rare.What impressed us even more was that, in the end, this situation actually cost him out of pocket—and he never once asked for anything in return. That kind of integrity and customer care speaks volumes.It’s clear he genuinely cares about his guests and takes pride in providing a great experience. We would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a seamless and stress-free stay.Thank you again for everything—we truly appreciate it.

Alex is an excellent communicator, re: check in instructions, etc. The Signature complex is our go-to each Christmas (since 2018) and this year was our first in this 3-bedroom unit. This unit was by far the closest to the main pool/community building that we've stayed in. The wifi is strong and fast and allowed us to easily keep up on work needs, very much appreciated.The Whirlpool appliances were nice, newish, and entirely functional.Supply/variety of cookware and utensils was good.A few "would have been nice" items we noticed:there were no Kleenex in unit; we bought some at Targetthe light in master bathroom was out, so we swapped in a bulb from one of the bedroom night stands to get through - there were spare bulbs in the pantry but not the correct sizemaster bathroom outlets/GFCI did not allow the hairdryer to work, had to use the outlet next to the closet or the guest bathroom in order to use hair dryerTV was indecipherable to us; we had a firestick and used that in the master to access our own cable TV, we could not get any TV to function via the Cox remotesfrom past experience in this complex, we were not surprised by the quirky bathroom fixtures; we are surprised fewer owners have swapped them out, they are archaic!this 2nd floor unit is at the corner of Thompson Peak and 100th and is very very noisy; it sounded like the windows were open and is an unfortunate reality of the unit's location in complex - it's high traffic/high speed intersection

Property was clean, fully stocked kitchen great for evening meals. The only drawback was the pool was closed. Would have liked to have had an update that the pool would be closed during our dates of stay. Other than that, absolutely great location and hosts.

Good accommodations. Excellent location and very walkable! Could use a new master bedroom mattress and a kuerig would be nice, otherwise everything else was great! Great response by hist with any questions.

Place was clean and served its purpose. The second bathroom had some issues with the sink draining and the towel rod fell. Also, in general the place is missing coziness. We were there over a rainy weekend so having some cozy blankets would have been a nice add and the towels are not very nice.Otherwise, it was nice enough for a long weekend.

This property was clean and convenient with great, close access to a nice pool and other amenities. There was an issue with both shower faucets/heads that the owner was quick to pay attention to and plans to completely update soon.

Amazing experience. Host is very responsive. House had all the basics. A group of 6 ladies at an event from all over the USA. We did purchase Toilet paper and paper towels & brought our own laundry detergent for our stay. The host provided added blanket & pillows, ironing board and iron, hair dryer , there were somebody lotions and shampoo annd conditioner also available and kitchen had all the needed things to cook and eat with. The white leather couches were super comfortable , different than the photo online.

Third year to signature

We love this condo complex. The accessibility to groceries drugstores shops and parks all within walking distance is awesome. The grounds are well kept. This particular unit was very clean. Large and well furnished. It is right at the entrance off Thompson peak so more traffic noise than we’ve had before. Quiet at night though. Would recommend!

Warm safe getaway

This was everything we were looking for. Our kids ages 14 & 10 loved the warm pool (March) was hard to find a place that would commit to having a warm pool. Our condo was nice, clean and just right for what we needed. We were happy with the surrounding neighborhood area as there was a park within a short distance with a playground and basketball courts for our son. We would stay here again. Alex was quickly response for the few times we messaged him.

Great condo in a great area but on a busy street.

This is a great condo facility and Alex is a wonderful host. The unit is on a corner of a busy street and the noise from 5 a.m. to 9 p.m. is very disturbing. If you're looking for a very nice condo in a great location and don't mind the street noise, this is the place for you.

Golf Get-A-Way

This condo was perfect for our golf stay weekend. Extremely clean and comfortable three bedroom two bath condo. Kitchen was well appointed with dishes and utensils and appliances. The beds were comfortable and everything was in working order. There was a big screen smart tv in the living and each bedroom had smaller tvs. Check in was easy and Alex responded promptly to our questions. I travel a lot for golf and this is one of the nicest accommodations I have stayed at considering hotels, Air b & b and other VRBO stays. Would definitely stay here again. Five Stars.
