Tucked into a quiet, green neighborhood, the condo feels removed from the bustle while remaining just minutes from the 101 and convenient to Scottsdale shopping, dining, recreation, and everyday essentials.
The community center is approximately 50 steps away and features a heated pool, jacuzzi, and fitness center. Guests can also enjoy a second pool, clubhouse, and three pickleball courts.
A neighborhood “secret garden door” provides convenient access to the bike path along the 101.
