The traveler's credit card is not charged until 60 days from arrival so those who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will not be charged. If you cancel after that point, you will not receive a refund unless you have purchased our cancel for any reason (CFAR) policy.

*Any commercial, industrial, manufacturing, or other non-residential purposes;
*Operating a retail business, restaurant, event center, banquet center, or similar use;
*Housing sex offenders is prohibited
*Operating or maintaining a structured sober living home
*Selling liquor, controlled substances or pornography
*Operating any adult-oriented business including nude and topless dancing
*No person including an owner or operator shall operate a vacation rental or short-term rental in violation of this section.
