Serene Desert Oasis in desirable Tatum Ranch of Cave Creek/Scottsdale
- Vacation/Workcation - you choose! Our spacious 3BR/2BR Tatum Ranch Golf Club home has it all! We are close to tons of great restaurants and shopping areas! Also find many popular destination points of the area including nature walks and hiking, golfing, casinos, and of course MLB Spring Training! Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport is just a 30-minute drive, and the famous Mayo Clinic is within 10 miles. This single-story home sits on a very private desert view lot where you can relax with beautiful sunsets from the hot tub, drinks around one of two fire tables, a family movie or sports on the patio TV! Inside the home you will find a spacious open living area with a cozy fireplace and dining for 6, along with a generously equipped kitchen. There's even an office area if you must! Free high-speed internet and Wi-Fi of course. We provide Apple TV in the main living area and each bedroom has a smart TV - feel free to bring your streaming devices!
**Please note this is not a party house! We have very nice neighbors, and we want to respect their living at all times. Being obnoxiously loud will not be tolerated. **
