Sonoran Ranch: Scottsdale Home, Pool & Game Room

Welcome to Sonoran Ranch, a four-bedroom, three-bathroom Scottsdale retreat where the best plans often begin in your own backyard. With room for ten registered guests, the home brings poolside relaxation and playful time together into one welcoming stay.

Private Pool & Backyard
Let the afternoon unfold around your private pool, then gather at the outdoor dining table or settle beneath the gazebo, where the bar offers seating for eight. The BBQ grill makes dinner outdoors an inviting option, while the putting green adds a little friendly competition. As the evening cools, pull up a seat around the fire pit and enjoy the desert air.

Pool towels are provided. The pool measures approximately 19 feet wide by 42 feet long, with a listed depth of 8 feet. No diving is permitted; please follow posted safety signage and supervise children closely.

Living Areas & Game Room
The open living spaces make it easy to share time together between outings. For a change of pace, head to the game room for a round of pool or ping-pong—an inviting option for relaxed evenings at home.

Kitchen & Dining
A full kitchen with a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and cooking essentials gives you the freedom to dine on your own schedule. Gather indoors or carry your meal outside for a change of scenery.

Drip and Nespresso coffee machines are provided, along with a starter selection of single-serve cups. Please bring extra coffee if lingering over another cup is part of your morning ritual.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Four bedrooms and three bathrooms accommodate up to ten registered guests:
• Bedroom One: King bed.
• Bedroom Two: Two double beds and two twin beds.
• Bedroom Three: Queen bed.
• Bedroom Four: King bed.
The guest limit remains ten regardless of the number of beds.

Work & Everyday Comforts
Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, and an in-home washer and dryer make it easy to settle in. Heating and air conditioning help keep your stay comfortable. A Pamo Babe portable crib / Pack ’n Play with fitted sheets and a high chair are available for little travelers.

Explore Scottsdale
Old Town Scottsdale’s dining, shopping, and nightlife are a short drive away. Enjoy a day out, then return to your own welcoming space for another swim or an evening together.

Make yourself at home with private access to Sonoran Ranch, including its living spaces, bedrooms, and private outdoor gathering areas. Enjoy self check-in using your entry code, which we’ll share through your reservation messages.

Complimentary parking is available in the two-car driveway. Street parking is also available; please follow posted signs and keep neighboring driveways clear.

Our team and approved service providers may visit for scheduled property care or necessary services, as outlined in Other Details to Note.

The home is located in a little neighborhood just 8 minutes from Old Town Scottsdale & Fashion Square (shopping, restaurants, bars, and nightlife), 15 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, and 10 minutes from Downtown Tempe! For privacy, we won’t reveal the address until 48 hours before check-in.

We have a driveway long enough for 2 cars and there is street parking available! However, if you don’t have a car, we recommend Uber or Lyft to get around!

From the care we put into preparing your home to the support we offer throughout your visit, every detail is guided by one goal: helping you feel beautifully taken care of.

Important Check-in/Check-out Note
We take approximately 5–6 hours between reservations to thoughtfully clean and prepare Sonoran Ranch for your arrival. To give every guest the same care and attention, we’re unable to arrange early check-in or late check-out in advance. If the home is ready early, we’ll gladly let you know on your arrival day. Thank you for giving our team the time to make everything welcoming for your stay.

Pets
A getaway is even better with your furry companion along. We’re happy to welcome one pet per stay. Please include your pet in the reservation so the applicable pet fee can be added. If a pet arrives without being included, we’ll request the required fee.

Guests
Help us prepare for everyone joining you by including all overnight guests in your reservation. This keeps your guest count and pricing accurate. If your plans change and additional guests will be joining, simply let us know so we can update the reservation and arrange any applicable extra guest fees. All guests must be registered, and the home accommodates up to 10 guests in total.

Pool Heating
The pool can be heated to temperatures between 80°F and 92°F for an additional fee. Pricing may vary; please ask your host for pricing details before your stay. We’ll confirm the cost with you before arranging the service.

Additional Cleaning Services
Would you enjoy a refresh during your stay? Additional cleaning services are available for an added fee. Simply message our team for pricing and scheduling—we’ll be happy to help arrange the service.

For Families
To make traveling with little ones a little easier, we provide a Pamo Babe portable crib / Pack ’n Play with fitted sheets and a high chair. Please bring any additional childcare essentials your family needs. Please supervise children closely around the pool.

Security Policy
For the safety of our guests and property, security cameras monitor the exterior of the home only. To help maintain a peaceful setting for everyone, parties, unauthorized events, and unregistered guests are not permitted. If these rules are violated or a safety concern arises, on-site security may be dispatched, and the reservation will be terminated, requiring all guests to vacate the property without refund.

Cleaning, Maintenance & Property Access
To keep your stay comfortable and our home beautifully maintained, our team and approved service providers may access the property for pool care, landscaping, pest control, housekeeping, necessary repairs, or emergencies. Exterior services may take place during your stay. For interior visits, we’ll make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance; guest-requested services or necessary access may take place while you’re away. We’ll always respect your privacy and work to keep interruptions to a minimum.

Discrepancies
Your comfort matters to us. If anything about the home’s cleanliness or amenities needs attention when you arrive, please let us know right away so our team has the opportunity to help promptly. Refunds are not provided for concerns first reported after your stay has ended or for circumstances outside our control, such as acts of God. Complimentary amenities, including the pool, may occasionally require repairs or temporary closure; these interruptions do not qualify for refunds or discounts. Refunds will only be considered for additional paid services that were unavailable. Amenities that are not essential to the livability of the home are considered complimentary.

Heating and Cooling
Please make yourself comfortable by adjusting the thermostat during your stay. Our heating and cooling systems have preset operating limits to help protect the equipment and keep it running reliably.

Scottsdale Occupancy Disclosure
In accordance with the City of Scottsdale, the property accommodates a maximum of six adults and their related dependent children, with no more than 10 registered guests in total. Events and parties are not permitted.
