Available October through May for guests who would like a warm swimming pool. The monthly pool-heating fee is $695; inquire about shorter-stay pricing. Please request pool heat at least four days before check-in.



PETS

Up to two house-trained, tame, non/low-shedding dogs may be considered with prior owner approval. Dogs must be 40 pounds or less each. Pet fee covers additional allergen treatment. Depending on breed, an additional damage-protection policy and refundable damage deposit may be required. There is no pet door here.



LONGER STAYS

For extended bookings, guests agree to scheduled professional cleanings at least every three weeks with Host's pro cleaner; animal stays require biweekly service. Cleaning starts at $185 per visit, paid directly to cleaner.



OTHER DETAILS

* No parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings.

* 3 exterior-only security cameras located at the doorbell, above the garage, and in the backyard.

* After booking, the primary guest must complete a Point of Contact form, online ID authentication, e-sign the rental agreement, and there's a small credit-card damage-deposit hold, similar to hotels. ID verification takes approximately five minutes and is required before access instructions are released.
