Welcome to Glendale, Arizona and my home. Glendale is one of the premier and growing spaces in the Phoenix metroplex. It’s is filled with dining, entertainment, shopping, hiking, and this years Super Bowl. The home is located 9 miles from State Farm Stadium, 10 miles from Top Golf, 8 miles from West Gate Entertainment District, 7 miles from Desert Diamond Casino, and 7 miles from Park West shopping center. Also you are down the street form historic Down Town Glendale, where you can find some of our local gems, and if you choose to venture further there are close hiking trails, the lake and places unique to Arizona.

This home is large enough for you and friends, your family, or multiple families if you choose. It is a 5 bedroom, 3 bath home with a large clinging room, large family room (with wet bar and beer tap), large kitchen and dining room. This space is perfect for everyone to have their own space or come together for fun.

Outside you will find a beautiful space with a pool, build in grill, outdoor speakers, built in BBQ, artificial turf, and designer furniture. You can relax and take in a breathtaking sunrise, or live it up under the stars. We have provided some customs bags boards and outdoor Jenga for you and your loved ones to enjoy.
