This is one of if not the best VRBO we’ve stayed at. Thoughtful set up with labels and instructions throughout the house. Clean, relaxing and well appointed indoors and out. Great location and quiet neighborhood.

Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, this getaway is truly set up as a home. Spacious, comfortable, and perfect for a family stay. We enjoyed the pool, morning coffee on the patio, and dinners on the verandah. Worth every penny!

We truly enjoyed our stay! Mary was a fabulous host and was so quick to respond to any questions I had. The area was in a beautiful neighborhood and never once felt unsafe. We enjoyed many hours in the pool in the backyard and made wonderful memories as a family. I can’t wait to come and enjoy this home again in the future!!

We really appreciate it all the attention to details by the host, one of the things we looked for was a nice yard, and even though we didn’t use the pool aesthetically, it was very pleasing and a nice plantings made a big difference

Mary was a fabulous host! Everything was exactly as it was indicated. The home had helpful permanent notes as well as a book so we knew how to work everything from lights and fans to the internet. This home was lovely and had everything needed. I loved that there were enough hangers in closets!I would highly recommend this property.

This was an amazing home. Beautifully kept, very comfortable, couches, beds - and they had so many little touches that made you feel at home! We go to Phoenix at least once every couple of years and we would definitely stay here again. Owners were very responsive with any questions we had. Just a wonderful experience.

very nice place, very clean and well furnished. 2 things to note (and neither were a huge deal to us) 1) TV channels are limited to free channels and we couldnt get the TVs in the bedrooms to bring up any channels and 2) the master shower is pretty small - it works fine, but it is small.

Loved the house and how everything was thought out. Plenty of charge plugs and TVs in all the bedrooms. A few snacks set out, had all the cooking supplies needed. Good location for Spring Training games on West side of Phoenix.

We have stayed in several different places for Sprig Training at the Surprise Stadium andthis was the best yet! The location, amenities, and attention to detail were outstanding. There were 4 adults and we were comfortable and enjoyed relaxing in a lovelyhome. The yard was welcoming and the furniture was comfortable. 'The kitchen had everything we needed and that was a great surprise.Usually we have to purchase one or two items that are not available in the home.It was perfect for our needs.

We had 5 adults staying at the house and enjoyed the comfortable beds and the big kitchen cooking area and kitchen table for lots of shared mealtime fun and card games at night. We went ahead and paid the fee to heat the pool and it was worth it as we were able to swim 3 of our 6 days even thought the weather was mid 20s, the pool was nice and warm! The neighbourhood is very nice and we did lots of walks in the area. Local eating spots and grocery shopping made it easy to get around. I'd highly recommend the house as it's very clean and well maintained with all of the amenities advertised.

Fantastic home – Great communication What an amazing property! The home is immaculate and had all the amenities needed for a great and relaxing time. It was truly a beautiful home and better than we envisioned it would be. The description and amenities listed in the posting were spot on. From the comfortable beds to the nice pool, a great grill, amazing kitchen, wifi, and the number of TVs, it made for a very relaxing stay. My party was amazed at the level of detail and organization the owners have put into this home. From labeling where things are in the cabinets, to the binder of restaurants and things to do, and all the tips about the pool etc. it made the trip very easy and made us feel very much at home. The communication from the start of our booking throughout the entire process was amazing as well, they really put effort into making sure your stay is comfortable and that you have everything you need for a great trip. If our travels bring us back to Surprise in the future, we will certainly book this place again, it was great.

We have stayed in many Phoenix area rentals over the last couple of years and this is by far the cleanest and best prepared home we have ever stayed in. All rooms were immaculate, all necessary items were available, outdoor area and pool were perfect. Layout was great for our family of 4, and the communication with the owner was easy. Perfect for the 12 days we were there for a baseball tournament. The home had plenty of room for all of us, wonderful amenities, and a great pool to relax in. A Keurig coffee maker and access to the garage for our car would have been nice.
