The studio is very comfortable and clean the hosts even have a painted map on the wall which comes in very handy, there is a dominos pizza just up thr street and also grocery stores a mile away its close to the interstate. It has a large shower with a rainfall shower head which was nice

Exactly as advertised! Has everything you need and it's clear a lot of thought went into preparing your room and providing an excellent stay. Very comfortable for 2 adults, and even enough space for a youngling. Very clean and private. Would 100% stay here again!

Phoenix conference stay

Small converted garage apartment. Easy check in and precious place! Clean and nicely done! Bed is firm. Older neighborhood but close to downtown and near stadium.

Safe property

I felt safe in this very private studio. Access from all road directions is easy. The bed was firmer than I am used to but I slept so that’s okay. I really missed ice! There were no trays for the freezer and it is Phoenix after all. The owner mentions a dog in the backyard but I never heard it—no problem there. I’d probably stay here again.

It was super comfy, very clean. We loved how there was a twin bed for a child or 3rd person. The set-up was really cute. The only downfall was the shower head. It barely has water coming out due to it being clogged. It's hard for someone with long, thick hair to wash. But other then that no complaints! Quite neighborhood too.

Great place to crash for a short stay in Glendale.

I believe this unit was created by remodeling the original garage area of the house. The floor can get a bit chilly, but the installed wall unit did a great job of adjusting temperature to a comfortable level. The place was thoughtfully laid out and while the kitchenette area was small, the fridge was big and the kpod coffee maker was appreciated. There is also a cooktop area (not shown in the pics) and a microwave for basic food prep. There were only 2 pillows on the bed and no additional available upon request, but I do appreciate Fabiola replying quickly to our inquiries. The door lock also posed some confusion initially but with her help, we figured it out quickly. I did like that the furniture had charging plugs installed. There are nightstands on either side of the bed (not shown in photos), so as long as you have the right USB cables, you should be good to go.The neighborhood was clean and quiet, but a little further from the areas we wanted to explore. If you need a basic place in Glendale for a few nights to crash, this is a great option.
