Great ASU location

Overall a great place to stay, not super fancy but had everything we needed while visiting my daughter at ASU, great location and close to everything. Will look to stay here again when visiting her.

Condo was nice and comfotable. The kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of closet space, beds were comfortable. And, the condo is close to many restaraunts. Do2nside: If you have mobility issues - the condo is on the second floor with concrete stairs and both bathrooms are upstairs. Overall we would use this provider again. Over O

Great convenient location with fair price

Property was as advertised. My son and I stayed at the property. Upstairs bedrooms were great size. Main level is not huge, but just fine for what we needed. Tv's worked great. Small kitchen but we didn't really use it other than microwave and frig. Secure property with gated parking and keyless entry. Location is great for airport ease, ASU, and retail/food. Would definitely stay here again. Owner was spot on for communication and flexible.

Clean and spacious

The check process went smooth. Place was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was overall quiet just a few people mostly students overly loud. Loved the place but wish there was a 1/2 bath on the bottom floor instead there’s 2 bathrooms upstairs. Also there were stairs going up to the condo along with the stairs inside the condo going up to the bedrooms and bathrooms. My husband and I tolerated the stairs just took it slow. other than that I probably would try to find an condo at the bottom level next time. Jay was very helpful and always available anytime.

Great location close to ASU campus

Great communication with host and easy check in/out process. My wife and I were very comfortable and had all we needed for a short stay. The location is close to ASU campus so it was perfect for visiting our daughter (student at ASU)

The owner was easy to deal with. We needed a later checkout time and he gladly complied. Our only negative was a smoke alarm that started to chirp one morning when we wanted to sleep in.

Ironman AZ trip

We rented this property for my husbands first full Ironman race. We drove three and a half hours from California to get there. When we arrived the condo was as described in the heart of student housing by ASU, perfect for a commuter catching the light rail or going to a sporting event. Unfortunately, the moment we walked into the property it had a pungent smell to it. A smell that couldn’t really be described but was noticed by all four people in my family. We opened all the windows and doors and hoped it would go away. I noticed the property manager right away. We left the property to go get something to eat and hoped when we came back it would be better. It was not. I asked if there were smokers in the house prior or anything that they were trying to cover up with a chemical or something, but The only response I kept getting was “no one has ever complained before so I’m not sure what you’re talking about”. Okay, we’ll keep trying to ignore this because we’ve obviously already unloaded our car and all of our gear for the race. My son wanted a peanut butter and jelly sandwich so I went to make him one and the silverware was dirty. Then when we went to take a shower, the towels definitely had a Smokey smell to them. I told the kids we’d just have to figure it out in the morning cause we were exhausted from the drive out. They got ready for bed and went to turn on the tv in the spare bedroom except that tv didn’t work. The tv had no channels and the old school antenna system doesn’t work too well. We tried to set up my laptop in the room and the WiFi kept going out. My husband and I finally got into the master bed and immediately rolled into the middle together. The mattress is shot! The bed frame is squeaky and extremely uncomfortable! For someone who is about to run one of the biggest races of their life, this wasn’t going to be manageable. I contacted the property manager yet again at 3am to tell him we couldn’t handle these conditions any longer. I asked to be refunded our money and to be let out of our reservations. He once again claimed to not know anything and “other renters have never said anything” unfortunately I don’t believe that for a minute or people have some very low expectations of how they should walk into a property that they’re paying to stay in. We have yet to get our full refund and are still in a battle as to weather or not we deserve our money back. I would not recommend this property.

Superb stay!

Fast and easy rental.. owner was very flexible and we were able to get in the night as our flight came in late. Our Vrbo owner was nice enough to let us checkin rather than getting a hotel. Easy access. Many places to eat in the area as well as shopping. Did not swim as it was cool and pool was not heated. Plenty of amenities in the condo loved keyless entry. Thank you. It was perfect !
